Speed connection is good for the price of the service but there's no option available for higher speeds, the reason for one less star.Often the speed would drop then we'd have to unplug the unit, wait a couple of minutes and we're back again, no biggy.Customer service and their responses are A+++ for sure.

Have been using Sail Internet for years. Very good customer service. Always give notifications before they do maintenance in the midnight. When emailing them with issues, always give quick responses, or a live person answering your call without long wait time. Only drawback is the internet speed not very stable. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower

Excellent ISP - I've been a customer for about 12 months. Solid bandwidth performance upstream and downstream, very good uptime (no significant unplanned outages), and great customer services - very pro-active at communicating potential problems. Would highly recommend as ISP of choice here in Emeryville!

After decades of being with Comcast / xFinity, we decided to look for alternates because of the high rates and frequent outages. Some of my neighbors had switched to Sail so decided to call Sail. Right from the Sales person (Rodrigo) to the installer and relay expert (Jeff M), each one offered excellent customer service. We have had Sail for a little over two weeks and very happy with the quality. My husband mentioned the upload speeds are better than Xfnity.

Much better quality of service and persistent bandwidth(even upload) of network as compared to Xfinity/ATT. Would keep them for long if they continue with the quality.Only downside I saw was that you need to have telephone line next to router for easy setup else wires run across your space.

I’m very happy with Sail Internet. I finally broke free from $95/mo unlimited plan from Comcast. I have been using the Sail Internet for the last six months. Sail Internet delivers ~400G download bandwidth which is more than what I need at almost half the cost compared to Comcast. The installation was fast and the installer was professional and courteous. I’d highly recommend Sail Internet.

I recently switched to Sail Internet from Xfinity. Within a few days after signing up, my Sail Internet was working. The installation itself took a few hours. The technician did very well. He had to drill a hole from the outside into the house to run the cable. The job was very professional. However, once running, the signal quality is spotty. Mostly, I only got about 150M/sec instead of the promising 200M/sec. Furthermore, at times there were some big degradation.

Sail is awesome and have been with them for over a year. Hated my old provider for years. Sail is Fast Reliable, Responsive, and priced Right. They installed my SJC home as a relay and everything went smoothly.Hope you guys come into the DFW area, I got another home ready to go for a relay.

So far I feel happy with the speed when I have to upload some works ! My plan is 200/100 seems to be fine with only 2 users on Wifi . For a week day and night there is no drop speed or lost signal which I have suffer with old DSL . With my plan $55/monthly is not exceeding as I expect!

Installation:The technician who did my install, Jeff P, did a meticulous job making sure the wiring into my home and to the router was correctly setup for gigabit speed. On top of a job well done, he is very respectful of other people's homes such as wearing shoe covers while inside my home.Service:I am consistently getting 900+ mbps download and 800+ mbps upload over ethernet.Very happy with Sail internet service for a flat $65/month.

We are so happy Sail became available in our area. The installation service was really efficient and fast. The sales and installation team were very clear about the cost, the install process and the signal is great. We have not had any issues with speed or with the signsl dropping. We recommend Sail!!
