We used Roys builders for our primary bathroom remodel and are very happy that with the results. I honestly didn't want to deal with the burden of construction or remodel but They made the process painless from start to finish. Designing is not my forte so having Natalee to help me in the process was priceless. I was impressed with the level of daily communication among all team members from office staff, laborers and project managers. They worked with great attention to detail and attended to my concerns promptly. Thanks for making this an easy and stress free process for our family.

We recently used Roy's Builders for a home addition in Sunnyvale, and we are incredibly happy with the outcome. Initially, we interviewed 3 contractors, and we decided on Roy's because of their fair price, strong reviews on Yelp, and the promise of a good working relationship. They were not rock bottom in terms of pricing and definitely not the most expensive, but in the middle as a very fair and competitive bid. "You get what you pay for" is what others may tell us, and sometimes going with the cheapest bid can bring more trouble. We are so thankful we went with Roys.Our project manager was Elior, and from the very beginning he was responsive, answering our every question and prepping us for the next stage. Many friends had told us that it might be cheaper to go straight to a general contractor (as opposed to hiring a company like Roys, which oversees the whole project), but I am SO thankful that we took this route instead. There are a million things to manage, and so I was grateful that Elior and Roy's took care of it (as opposed to me). Roy's has a commitment to excellence. My husband and I are very meticulous people and one instance that sticks out to me involves tiling. I had purchased some very special handmade tile, and was "particular" about how it was installed. When it was slightly crooked initially, Elior came in and had them remove and re-tile the entire shower. If it were up to me, I probably would have left it and always regretted it. Because Elior asked them re-do it, I look at the shower today with only happy feelings. :) Having a strong project manager handle those issues for us was a huge blessing and weight off our chest.All of the little things are things we appreciated too: Roys handled arranging specialized teams to come out, they arranged for the dumpsters to be dropped off/picked up, they handled communication with the city regarding permits, and addressed our concerns (even if they might have seemed miniscule). The final product is something we are enjoying tremendously. We added approximately 650 sq ft and the natural lighting is something we love. We are now able to host larger gatherings, and our family now has space to spread out.Thank you, Roy's. Every day we are grateful for the work that was done.

We are extremely happy with the work Roy's Builders did for us! They were easy to work with, had competitive pricing, had great design ideas, and were very communicative. I especially like how they provided photos and updates of the job throughout the week via group chat. The project manager we worked with, Elior, went above and beyond to get our project initiated and completed. Their construction team was very friendly, thorough, and fast. This is the work we did with them. Created a new addition to our home (~350 sqft), kitchen remodel, entryway addition, shelving, installed LVT flooring throughout our house (they helped pick out some really good colors), painted almost half of our interior, pavement, outdoor stairs, retrofit window replacement, modification/removal of interior walls, floor tiling, and more.

We had a pretty bad experience with our previous contractor with a demolished and botched bathroom. I got Roy's builders contact from a friend and contacted them immediately. The operator was warm and asked for details and set up the earliest appointment for the following Monday (I called in on Wednesday I think). Elior from Roy's builder showed up asked for my plan and swiftly turned back with a quote. I had to pay higher for the shoddy job done by my previous contractor. His price was still competitive compared to a few others we'd got quotes from. The team consisting of Elior, Shai, and Gustavo were competent swift and focussed on delivery quality with efficiency. We got timely updates from Shai on the status of the project. With both my husband and I in a very busy full time job, Shai project managing helped to keep us on track of when to buy materials and how much. They indulged me in all my details however extra it might have seen (Niches for the toilet roll, brush and the plunger for eg.) Symmetry in the niches and let's talk about the amazing marble install. Exactly how I wanted it. If you are thinking about hiring someone who is honest, competent and efficient, I would start with them.

I recently got both my bathrooms remodeled from Roy's builders. When I had called them initially they had their project manager come by to see the scope of work and then provided me with the estimates. I had a fall through from a previous contractors (work had not started) but talking with Roy's builders was quite assuring.Right from the beginning, I was informed about every small detail that they were going to do, guided me very nicely through the designs. Rinat was helping with the designs and she did a fantastic job with the design and tile selection. When the work began Shai was my project manager. She was super helpful during the entire project, very diligent and always made sure that there was no inconvenience caused to me since I was living there while the work was going on. She was always on top of everything be it ordering materials or scheduling inspections. I had some communication disconnect with my architect (not from Roy's Builders but an independent one) and she managed to connect with him and get our project to completion. This was of great help to me as it would have added a lot of delay for the work to get completed.Jay did the work for me and I have only one thing to say about him that he is awesome! He has an eye for detail and will not leave you without your approval on his work. He makes sure that the customer is satisfied 100%. I really liked the work he did for us. His crew included Eli, Francisco and Marco and all of them were extremely helpful and did an amazing job.I would also have the one of the owner's (Ely not sure if I spelled it right) come by and make sure that there are no complaints from my side, or if there was anything that bothered me, which was a great gesture.The only thing that I wasn't very happy with was the painting that was done in the garage. The person doing the work didn't have attention to detail and it could have been better than that he did.Overall I would still highly recommend this company, they strive really hard to get you what you need, exceptional service from Shai, amazing work by Jay, unique and great designs by Rinat. If you are looking to have great designs with unique looks for your bathroom this is the one. Thank you Roy's Builder for your work.

Roys remodeled our bathroom. Even though it was a small job, it wasn't simple, as we wanted all the extra bells and whistles. They didn't take too much longer than they said they would and most of the guys that did the work were nice to have around and respectful of me and my house. One guy was a slob, I complained and he was gone the next day. Jose (the tile guy) and Francisco (the plaster and electrical guy) are both highly skilled craftsmen and we love having their work in our Mountain View home.

Roy's Builders did a wonderful job in our kitchen from top to bottom. Elior was our project manager he had a great attitude from the very first meeting! The experience of working with the design team Rinat was spectacular! (very detail oriented) All went smooth through a WhatApp group communication and daily log on our shared Google Drive Idan was the best project manager to work with, listens to what you want but makes great suggestions based on all his experience, is easy to communicate with and makes sure it all gets done in timely manner. Thanks for the great experience !

We worked with Roy's Builders on a new construction home for our family. Elior and Ilia are warm, responsive and truly professional. From the beginning, meeting with Elior to discuss project scope, budget and timeline was great. Elior provided us with honest input and was quick to respond to our questions. After a few initial meetings, it became clear to us that we'd be in good hands with the Roy's builders. Once demolition and construction began we worked closely with Ilia on the day to day details. He made sure that the trades and subs followed the construction documents and facilitated communications between the architect and the subs. Elior and Ilia were always ready to answer my call or meet on site if there was an issue. In one instance a quote from a vendor came back way over budget but, using their extensive network, they were able to get the same item from another vendor for much less. We always felt that our family was the priority in the project. Now that construction is done and we are living in the house, the relationship with Roy's Builders continues. Elior has been on top of tackling punch list items as I raise them. He is still quick to pick up the phone when I call. The customer service and dedication to clients is what sets Roy's Builders apart from the others.

I got a big recommendation on Roy's Builders to remodel my kitchen from my neighbor. They also remodeled his kitchen and did a great job so I called them. Shai came to our house and gave us few ideas regards layout and configuration of our new kitchen. the estimate was very reasonable and we chose shai to be our project manager. What Great decision! The team did an excellent job, Gustavo had his crew every morning on time with a big smile on his face and was always polite and listening. Shai had prompt responses and was transparent the all time she accommodated all of our requests (and mistakes) without charging us anything extra from the original quote I would definitely recommend them, especially to those new homeowners who may not know all the details about the whole process. They're friendly, reliable, transparent and easy to work with, while providing lots of guidance throughout.

We worked with Elior to remodel our master suite which included moving some walls, relocating the laundry room, and the master closet. They also did a full master bath remodel. I can't say that everything went smoothly, as things will inevitably come up with any major remodel. Especially on a house, but everything was handled professionally. All the issues were addressed in a timely manner and with full transparency on timing and costs. (Rare!!) I'm extremely happy with the final masterpiece! Elior was very accommodating, and the foreman Jay was professional, sympathetic, and quick to address any concerns that came up. They were able to accomplish all our design goals and keep the integrity of our historic style house intact -- matching the rest of the house. I would definitely consider using Roy's Builders again on the next big project and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do any sort of remodel on their home.

We utilized Roy's Buliders on an extensive remodel of our home. They remodeled four bathrooms, two fireplaces, new flooring and interior painting. It is not possible in one review to adequately express just how great it is to work with Roy's Builders! From the design and the initial setting of the scope of the project all the way through to the finish work, Roy's Builders were easily the best contractor we have ever worked with. They approach is to employ multiple teams of "experts" in each area of the job.....design, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, flooring, etc.. The project was managed by Elior, who was without question the most knowledgeable and helpful manager we have ever worked with! He made many suggestions, most of which we agreed with, which made our final remodel project absolutely perfect! Every single individual at Roy's with whom we worked cared about only one thing: what is best for us and for our house. Moreover, each individual we worked with were true perfectionists! Quite honestly, their standards were even higher than ours! I need to mention that the project came in on budget (very reasonable!) and on time. Roy's Builders did everything we asked for....and much more!! Our 36-year old house now looks beautiful and better than brand new! Lastly, I need to include a comment about how nice, friendly and easy to work with everybody was. At the end of our project we have come to like and respect everything about Elior, his whole team, and everybody at Roy's Builders! We will absolutely use them in the future as projects arise. Without any reservations at all, we recommend Roy's Builders!!!!!!
