Ah the joys of owning an older Bimmer! I had an issue with the drain plug on the oil pan and faced having to fork over $$$$ for the replacement of the whole thing. The guys at Palo Alto Bimmer worked their magic, crisis averted! Thank you! Going forward, I will be having my 435i serviced here exclusively!

My family has taken all our BMWs exclusively to Mike and his team for over 15 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to ensure the safety of our cars.
I am the first to admit I don’t know a lot about cars and therefore it was very important to find a trusted advisor. His team checks all functions of the car thoroughly each time (regardless of what I bring it in for). I especially appreciate that they are always up front in telling me when something needs replacing or is actually fine as is. Having that trusted source gives me the peace I need to feel comfortable having my loved ones in the car each day. Big thank you for everything you do!

Palo Alto Bimmer is the only place I will bring my BMW to from now on. Miljenko "Mike" and his team do fantastic work and were very transparent throughout the whole process, showing me the problem parts and explaining the whys behind their actions. Their prices are fair and their team is exceptional. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a shop in the area.

We are so lucky to have found Mike and his team at Palo Alto Bimmer through a mutual friend. We have a 2010 BMW, and Mike has helped us with various repairs and maintenance on the car to keep it running in top condition. His shop is always busy for good reason as they are the best and charges a fraction of what the dealership does.

Mike and his team are the best BMW experts in the Bay Area. Brought in my 2006 Z4 that I just bought and they worked on multiple issues that it had, from changing the suspension, inspecting the engine and fixing electrical issues. Overall A+ service

I needed to balance my car tires pressure and Jose, one of the people in the team, found a nail in tire and fixed it with no cost. Jose is a professional mechanic and considering his age, he is skillful. Very kind person!

Fantastic service. My wife and I had a sudden and dramatic radiator leak. We had an urgent appointment to get to. Mike the owner and John the mechanic were incredibly accommodating and kind. Jumped right on the problem. Very generous and professional. What great service. Absolutely the top recommendation from me!

I have a 07 335i, it wasn’t making boost, brought it in and they told me I needed a new front turbo, and it would cost $5000-$7000 depending on what parts I chose to use.
I just had the car fixed @ BMW of Mountain View, they said the front turbo is fine, and that it looked like someone had deliberately unplugged a few things to try to cause problems and upcharge me.
All in all, the car only needed a valve cover gasket, and those vacuum lines and other hoses plugged back in.
Avoid this shop like the plague.
