The entire staff was very helpful in assisting me to zero in on exactly what I needed. The storefront alone was very impressive. They seem too stock many items I have never seen before. There is even a bathtub in one of the rooms. In the past I would buy things on Amazon and in most cases at a higher price. That all comes to an end today. I will definitely stop by again sometime in the future.”

“Excellent products, incredible service! My wife's shoulder surgery was approaching, and I waited until the last minute to check our cold therapy unit (used for a previous surgery). Ugh, I was missing the power cord/transformer, and time was VERY short...a few hours. (My bad!) I called around to get one PRONTO; that included a call to Pacific Medical in RC where we had purchased the unit. Got voicemail, and I left a very brief message. Not long after, we figured a not-as-good substitute for the device, and we headed for the surgery center. When we got home five hours later, the needed cord/transformer was on our front step, and there were two voice messages on our machine. Orlando Lopez at Pacific Medical had contacted us, he had the needed part, and he decided to drop it off on his way home later in the day based on the address on file from the purchase of the original unit! We were astonished at this extraordinary act and delighted to have the needed part. Net: our interactions with this business have been excellent, and yesterday marked a new, unprecedented level of "customer service." Thank you Orlando Lopez and Pacific Medical!!! (BTW, I have already called in to pay the modest invoice--the part only.)”

“I absolutely love Sciton! I give patients excellent results with the JouleX. Patients rave about how much more comfortable this laser is compared to other offices who have other brands, and they get much faster results. I have tons of before and afters on my Instagram and YouTube channel with the same spelling Aesthetician Trish McCarty. Check them out! I have been offered jobs at other offices who do not have Sciton and I cannot imagine trying to go from a Sciton to something lower quality. They are expensive but they are the best! I have used other lasers and they do not hold up like this. BBL Hero and Halo are must haves!”
