Sadly, I work here. I apologize to every single person who turns to Stanford Healthcare and cannot get assistance. I have been on hold for an hour- I WORK HERE. No one bothered to answer the phone, no one bothered to even make contact. I am sorry to say that one of the most prestigious Hospitals on the planet cannot even help its own community. This is the worst system in the continental US. I am only calling the primary care clinic and we are now going on an hour and 22 minutes on hold. Step it up Stanford because right now you are failing miserably.

2021 first time visit Stanford , Young Dr Patrick O Bolan take time & want to help, a text book good doctor.2022 Oct. If I listen to Young Dr Stefano T take CT/MRI not to take ultra sound would have save me lots pain & unclear result.2023 Feb. 09 Young & super Q Dr Nancy Song & Dr j Kim group of good doctor help on my vertigo major problem in just one visit , Dr Song so smart had me follow her instruction did the exercise & had much needed MRI.2023 June 23 young & beautiful Dr Maria Moscvin & Dr L Quach ,Pleasant one long hour visit Dr Moscvin able to covers all my Health issue & problem .I can not believe Stanford able to have all the brightest & quality doctors under one roof. amazingly , 50 yrs in USA , So glad, an old senior me able to visit text book, good doctor in Stanford primary care in Palo Alto

This clinic has very limited appointments even for primary care office visits. There are zero appointments available online for the next 6 months and even if you call, they only have a few in the next 3 months.

Bad customer service for being healthcare. They never answer the phone, so if you need to speak with them you need to see them in person. Other than that you can’t get a hold of them.

I love this pharmacy. They are on top of it. I have never had a missed medication or a delivery today. In dealing with this pharmacy. I incurred a problem with Walgreens while trying to transfer over a prescription for my mother-in-law. First off, I got a call from Julie to let me know so that I could deal with the problem before it was too late. I then spoke with Bella who was very kind and helpful and has a very sweet voice by the way and then I ended it with Corrine who made sure to speak with the Walgreens pharmacy staff and get everything sorted out. Amazing staff over at Hoover pharmacy. I would recommend them 10 times over.

After my lung transplant my doctors sent all my new meds to Medical Plaza Pharmacy because it's close to Stanford and the hospital. I hate to say it but I've never had this kind of experience with a pharmacy. Whenever I went to refill prescriptions it was as if they had no idea what medication I was talking about. I would go in to pick up and almost every time either a prescription was missing, wasn't filled, or it wasn't put in the computer correctly. This has gone on for over a year. This last pick up was the last straw. I refilled prescriptions on a Friday and I come in today (Monday) and nothing is ready for pick up because it wasn't put in the computer correctly. I've had enough so I've switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens because I am done being constantly frustrated.

Wow, I was about to leave this place a 4-star review. They always get my rx correct, they stock their shelves with high quality OTC products at very affordable prices, and they seem like good people. However, I just read the business response to Allison back in 2014, and I'm completely shocked that they would post that. It's alarmingly unprofessional and even includes personal patient details such as the exact time stamps on her rxs. No, just no. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere...
