Beautiful, hand-crafted, unique jewelry! We came in hoping to buy something special, and the staff was really professional. Very patient and respectful of our budget. I ended up buying a pair of earrings and they were even able to customize it for me by adding pearls! Would recommend.

Love this absolute gem of a jewelry store in Palo Alto- reasonable, high quality workmanship, beautiful designs with excellent service. Discovered the store by accident and cant wait to go back. I bought a lovely flat solitaire necklace- the gold and the stone workmanship is exquisite and I have received multiple compliments- Thank you.

I've used Mansoor Fine Jewelry to turn charms into bracelets in 2018 and February 2020 and had wonderful service and beautiful work done by their knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately my experience with Mansoor over the past 3 months has been incompetent and unprofessional at best. The lack of proactive communication, courtesy, professionalism and artistic eye and know-how have forced me to find another jeweler.

I had my engagement ring resized down one size here and I am so pleased with the results. Obviously I was nervous in selecting a jeweler to just hand over such an expensive item to but the other positive reviews here convinced me so I wanted to leave one as well. The process took 1.5 weeks which I thought was a very reasonable timeframe and it only cost $85 which was one of the best quotes I got from others in the area. Came back fitting perfectly and they were careful to only remove metal from an area where the was not inner engraving (I think the inside specifies that it is platinum). Would recommend!

PHENOMINAL!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! ABOVE & BEYOND!! Words cant describe the experience I had with this place especially the two lovely women Cindy and Meredith who saved the day and took off a huge relief off my shoulders.Located in downtown Palo Alto, this small jewelry store consists of a good selection of customized jewelry but most importantly the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & HOSPITALITY! I bought a customized ring that made me question whether it was 22K so the search began. I have gone through Shreve, Tiffany and Co, Gleim The Jeweler, all these high end places and none of them can determine whether my ring was actual gold from their observation. My last resort was Mansoor's Jewelry. I gave them a call and Meredith kindly answered and said they can take a look and give me their advice. Fair enough. I walked into their shop and I was just amazed from their warm welcome! Within minutes Meredith and Cindy took a look at my ring and they were able to tell whether my ring was actually 22K after a small simple polish that took away the residue on my ring. Something so simple that was done to solve a big relief could not be done by these huge well known jewelry companies as stated above. I cannot thank these two women any more for their time, effort, and hospitality. Cindy and Meredith are true definitions of pure hospitality. They provide such great care for their customer and their truly are genuine! I don't care how much they would charge I would definitely bring my business to them because they took care of me that day and took away my stress. They don't failure as an option or give up until every customer is satisfied! Thank you again Cindy and Meredith!
