EVERYONE on the sales floor was terrific. They made a total effort to get us a deal we could accept. New to EV, they even help with charging the vehicle and learning its features. We had agreed on a total price, including a rescission contract. When we got to the final step with the financing assoc., she told us the rescission contract was not included in the agreed price. She basically said that it didn’t matter what the sales staff agreed to, the final arrangement was up to her! After such exceptional service, we were disheartened that the last step was with a person who made us uncomfortable and upset.

Although the needed part was not in stock, they were able to order it for next day delivery and do the service on Saturday so that the car was available for pickup later that day!

With an appointment Took my car for service, after checking In, my car was 1 1/2 out side waiting for someone to start working on it took 3:1/2 hours just for oil change and tires rotation and break inspection

I had the WORST experience of my life at this crap hole 8/7/24. I came in for a Air bag recall which there was no charge. Was told I would have a ride back home and a pick up by a nice lady name Carmen. Got there and when I asked the Service Advisor Minh Nguyen about the ride home and back. He rudely and loudly said you only get "One Way" I said that is not what I was told, he began to get even louder and irritated. I said I spoke to Carmen and she heard me and came over and stated that I was correct. That she had said this to me. I should of seen the red flag then. So the ride came and I went home.
I am a disabled Viet Nam Veteran and a elderly female and I was humiliated. When I got back I didn't realize that a cross hanging from the rear view mirror was missing the inside piece. This cross had sentimental factors to me being that when I got my Service Dog we would ride around and I felt like it was protection for us. I had it for 15 years. Even when he passed it brought me peace to look at it. When I called back at first no one seen it no where at all. Then the story changed where it was placed back inside of the cross holder and it was NOT!!. A few days later I noticed a folder with paperwork was missing. It had an important document enclosed and I had to file a Police Report in the event of possible identification Fraud. Then I started to see where someone went thru the car & trunk. The trunk had to be accessed thru the inside of the car due to the key didn't work. And you could tell someone had been in it. Their Mgr John claim he looked at several hours of tape and saw nothing.?? I couldn't really believe it cause I felt if he saw something he wouldn't admit it. Claim the Technician who worked on it had been there 30 years.?? And so what is that to mean? It could of been him or somebody else working there. I felt he would rather protect them as Workers than me as a Customer. I felt so Violated and depressed. I cried so much I got sick to my stomach. Even right now I am worried about my information being compromised. I still weep at looking at the empty cross hanging with the piece gone from it. This is so wrong to me, I wish I would of never went there. I saw all the bad reviews and told John had he seen all the bad reviews and he said he would take a look. Well tonight I saw where there were so many NEW 5 star reviews posted on there just recently. Well folks I want you to know they are FAKE!! Start with reading the lowest first. The 5 star ones just got on there. The lowest reviews outnumbered the good and now "mysteriously" after a day or two the good outnumbered the lowest. Lol. Pathetic!
And my theory of this being a Shady place is more than true. And they are liars, and crooks, and thieves. See for yourself on reading the reviews. I wish I had read them prior to going. I will Never go there again and I am warning you as a Christian Woman if you don't want to be disrespected and robbed and cheated don't go there! They don't care about you nor your car obviously. I am still upset by my lost. I feel so Violated and hurt and that cross that helped me when my heart was broken when my dog passed away has opened up a new hole in my heart. The disrespect and audacity is more than appalling. It is totally unbelievable, and it clearly showed me that even their Mgr John was deceitful and not to be trusted by having put those fake recent reviews on here. Look at the recent time frame. They were not there before I spoke to him. This place is not to be trusted at ALL!!!!! BEWARE of the Snake in the grass.....

This is best Toyota service center in the Bay Area.
I’ve wrote a good reviews years back before the pandemic. I’m still taking all my Toyota Vehicles here. All the service advisors are great but I definitely go to Randall when he is available. He’s been my service advisor for several years. He’s very knowledgeable and informative about the service being performed. I feel confident that all my questions are answered. Thank you Randall!

Updates: eventually after I complained to the manager they agreed to replace the tire with no charge, which saved their reputation. Changing to three stars since the manager is reasonable and solved the long argument.
I purchased the car at this dealership one year ago and did the 15k miles maintenance today. On my way back home after pickup the car, the tire went flat completely though the maintenance report from the dealership said everything was great. And it is after hour so I cannot reach the dealership for help. My previous experiences with this dealership were great, not sure what went wrong this time but I am very disappointed.
In addition, I realized that they may have installed the tire pressure sensor wrong. The rear left tire is the one went flat, but the sensor shows the front left is having problems and the rear left is good.
Updates: the second day I went to the dealership asking them to fix it, they said the tire needed to be replaced and asked me to buy a new one for $300+, which was $220 at Costco.

I got basic 50k mi service done here for my car paying over $500 because I wanted carfax to be updated with the toyota dealer. I only chose this dealer because of carfax history. its been almost a month and carfax is still not updated even after multiple followups, and getting the same old response that the computer is down after multiple emails. I am wasting a lot of time when something like this should be trivial
