I just had the aversive experience of returning a pair of jeans that were 2” longer than stated on the tag and being called a liar to my face by the store manager who thought I washed them because they had creases in them. The particular 501 model did have a distressed look to them & I was told that was part of the “special edition” model when I bought them. Given that there were no shorter sizes available & I was not willing to just give away $70, she finally refunded my money when I insisted in talking to her boss and/or iron & return. Not sure what happened to customer service but being called a liar & given a hard time when there is an issue w/the product, is not a way to keep customers. Buyer beware.

Having not purchased 501 jeans in decades, I was blown away how salesperson, Maggie, after asking me a couple questions, handed me only ONE pair of jeans to try on (despite me having no idea what size I needed). They fit perfectly! She's a sizing genius!

Friendly, helpful staff. I traded in old Levi's for a credit towards new pairs. This is a great program.

Very helpful and friendly staff in finding the perfect pair of jeans. Opposite of grumpy and uncaring customer service.

A very helpful and personable staff that doesn't pry into your shopping. This place has an on-site Tailor that will hem and repair jeans, so this store provides a service as well as sells clothing.Their options were fine and their dressing rooms had enough space to feel comfortable while trying on clothesOverall, we just had a very positive experience here with both the staff and with the commodities. I'll probably head back here with my personal jeans to get them re-hemmed as well.

Nicest customer service I've had in a long time. Good selection.

My friend had gotten her shorts personalized in Las Vegas which made me want to get one done as well. There's only a few locations the has a tailor in store. I was fortunate to live within 30 miles of two locations : San Francisco and Palo Alto. SF is too disgusting now so I decided to visit the Palo Alto store instead. I'm a huge gym rat therefore was searching for an image that I could relate too. I came across this image and emailed it over to the employee. They did mention it would take about a week as there were other orders ahead of mine. I requested it be delivered to my home. The cost was $5 for shipping. With gas prices these days, it was worth it. The design itself cost about $60 which was kind of pricey however the end result was worth it. It was hand sewn in. I'm looking forward to doing another pair. Shout-out to Maggie for making it a pleasant experience.

(Translated by Google) Big good store, typical for its chain. Didn't like the long line at the fitting room.(Original)Большой хороший магазин, типичный для своей сети. Не понравилась большая очередь в примерочную.

For me it is the store that keep invention itself. I wear them for many years, and hope to continue to get their items.

Such a cool shop! The associates always aim to find the right fit, which is rare these days in retail. Maggie made my experience stellar- but the whole team was a dream! Loving my new 541 fit :)

I came into this store on a Sunday hoping to figure out my correct waist sizing for different styles. I knew going in that I would have to order my jeans online because they don't carry Tall lengths in store. I grabbed a few pairs and a salesperson took me into a fitting room. As i was trying my first two sizes, a separate salesperson named Ella approached and asked my friend and me if she could help us out. She asked me what i was looking for in my jeans: fit, style, wash, etc. and grabbed a bunch of other pairs for me to try that she recommended. She was SO friendly, kind, helpful, and fun!!! She spent about an hour keeping up with us as well as helping other customers in the store. When it came time to order the jeans I liked, unfortunately they were all out of stock in my size. Not a big deal because it wasn't urgent - but Ella was so apologetic and disappointed on my behalf that i wasn't leaving with new jeans ordered. I went in curious on sizing but ended up bummed that i couldn't give her any commission (if Levi's does that) because she REALLY deserved it!! Next best thing i could do was leave this review - so THANK YOU ELLA! You are a queen and I so appreciated your care, time, and attention

I was in dire need of new jeans and thought I would check out Levi's! Needless to say I found exactly what I needed and felt welcomed and listened to! A store representative approached me and asked me how I liked my jeans to fit and offered some helpful suggestions! I was able to purchase two pairs of jeans that fit me perfectly an even order one to be shipped for free to my house! With a 40% deal too! What a steal! I will definitely be returning!

I checked with levi website and it stated stanford shopping center location would be closed at 700 pm. I arrived at levi at 6:00 pm and the door was still open. When i entered the clerk tried to close the door in front of my face. I told her levi website said it would close at 700. She didnt care to even look at the website and said ALL stores at stanford shopping center close at 600. Then said sorry and just walked off. Wow. What customer service. Guess the rep made lots of money during this Pandemic. By the way. I am in Macy now, and its still open at 614 pm.

I worked in retail, back in the day, at a store called American Jeans in New Orleans. We sold some of the best jeans around. They weren't all just American brands but European as well. I know, the name of the store... the brands... I guess the owner was implying "jeans sold in America. Anyway, we sold Pepe, Levi's, Lucky, Diesel, and some other cool promotional type stuff no one had heard of but cool. I've worn all to include Big Star and Replay. My favs are Replay with a pair of Sendra boots. The point I want to make after all the sideline talk is that I just purchased a pair of LMC 502 LMC RUNYON for 168.00. Yes, I did that. After their first wash, I noticed as I tied my shoes that the left pant leg outside seam was crooked. So, instead of the seam staying nice and straight on the side of my leg, it came in as if trying to wrap the bottom of my leg. What? I want to say that this is poor construction of a jean sold for that price. I've paid just as much and even less for more stylish jeans in the past without this sort of thing happening after a first wash. For the longest time Levi's has wanted to be in-line of pricing as the European jeans. We're talking about since the 1990's. Yes, I'm old. Nevertheless, I like to wear nice stuff. Well, they've achieved their goal. Very disappointingly, though, the quality of structure has not been reached with this pair I bought. Does it happen to every other pair or is this normal? I am not sure. I miss a good pair of Replay and Big Star.
