I really hate having to write this review but my experience at this location was poor. I recently went in for a blood draw and the phlebotomist botched it. I had blood dripping down my arm during the blood draw, and as she removed the needle the blood splattered all around. She couldn't bring herself to even acknowledge this was a mistake. My arm continued to bleed for the next 30 minutes or so and bruised after. I'd not be coming back because I don't want to risk an infection from a blood draw.

I was visiting from out-of-state and needed an urgent blood draw. I asked my doctor to send the lab order to this clinic since it was the closest one, but I realized on arrival that they do appointments only. The nurse however was quite helpful and accommodated me. Saved me a lot of rescheduling time!

Unacceptable lateness. I show up on time and am told that I need to wait because the other person supposed to be drawn 15 minutes ago. Fine, I can wait a little bit. I end up waiting there for 30 minutes before I finally decide to leave. I have work and the whole point of making an appointment is so I can have a scheduled time and minimally disrupt my day. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

The laboratory should hire a receptionist and a flabatomist separately, the girl really does not cope with her duties and makes mistakes. I had to return here 3 times.

I had such a great experience with my blood draw today with Bhupinder! I'm absolutely TERRIFIED of blood and needles but she made my overall experience so so comfortable and quick. She was warm, welcoming and very sweet and thoroughly explained the process to me. Checking in was super easy too. I didn't face any difficulties like any of the other reviews mentioned.... Just make the appointment online! The instructions are extremely clear. Anytime I ever need to get lab work done, I'll definitely return just to see Bhupinder!!

This Lab Corp location is still open, unfortunately. It was reported closed, which would have been a gift to humanity, but the incompetents are still there, providing bad service in a very very slow way. I'm still waiting for my test results after three weeks, having talked with many low-functioning losers, filling out reams of online forms that vanish forever, unread, into the LabCorp ether. They won't even tell me my partial test results, even though I paid for the results and the results are about my body. The quality of care and concern they exhibit is nonexistent. The confusion in their tangled bureaucracy is disgusting. It is 50-50 whether I will ever get ANY results from them. I will never deal with these fools again, and you shouldn't either.

I had an appointment here and the lab technician was so rude. He first asked me if I had a printed doctors order which is not required , because you can pull up the order from the system. And when I said I didn’t have the printed order and he can pull up from my account, he literally shouted at me saying what a hassle it is.
