Amazing customer service!! All staff very knowledgeable of their products. 2 staff personally helped size our feet. Very fast, excellent and helpful service!! And the most comfortable steel-toe shoes I've ever worn!! (Compared to industry-leading brands like Wolverines) also they are PFAs-free! (Chemical free!!)

One of the best store I had been. My husband wears only Keen shoes and he bought his 10th pair yesterday. He works at Stanford and he had to walk all day, he is saying that Keen shoes are quite comfortable, sturdy and slip resistant. We love this store, the feeling like takes you into a different world. Maya provided an excellent service, she was there from the moment we walked in until we left. My husband so picky and took longer to find one, you know he bought his last pair two years and their technology is changing so he knew the Keen shoes inside and out. Well he is happy with his purchase . The Manager was quite friendly too. The only lacking was suggestive selling like a pair of socks, their cute hats and bags. I like their revolving display of shoes where you kinda pick what you want and all items were priced. The location was well maintained and clean. It was packed yesterday, all coming out smiling with their purchases on their hand. I highly recommend this store.

I met Keen 5 years ago in a leisure walk here with my kids. I have been a fan of Keen since then. My kids and I have only keens these years. But last Sunday visit was a nasty one. We walked in and no greetings. My sons were annoyed by being treated like babies. My younger son tried to use the computer to do some search, but every time he was stopped rudely. He is twelve years old and very good at computers. If your computer was not there for customer use, you shouldn't put them there. I haven't known that the computer is that easy to be damaged only used by clicking or tapping. The try-on experience was also unpleasant. The only suitable size was replaced with different shoe strings. First time to know such kind of design logic. Really bad memory for this visit.

I went in not expecting to find anything I wanted to buy, but I had such a good experience and ended up walking out with a pair of work boots that I love! Sonya was extremely lovely and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured in any way, she just showed me what I said I was interested in and made helpful suggestions of shoes I might want to look at that fit my wants. I had some indecision about sizing, and she explained how to size myself in boots, showing me which parts of my foot I should make sure fit in which way. She definitely gave me as much space to explore and poke around as I needed, but was super helpful and supportive whenever I had questions or needed anything. I would recommend this store and especially Sonya, her advice was invaluable.

Sonja and the staff at KEEN Garage were super patient and helpful in helping me select the right shoes for light hiking in wet weather. Highly recommend Sonja and the staff there for their professionalism and focus on customer service.

Rude know it all manager doesn't have the first hand knowledge or medical background to suggest the proper fit for any of the shoes & boots that keen makes

I love Keens but went with a load of cash and no card. They don't take cash. I hate that. I went home and ordered later from Amazon.

I went to University Avenue, Palo Alto on a leisure walk. Saw a KEEN store on the way, and I am also looking for a Hiking shoe by the way for simpler hikes. I was assisted by Sonia, who was so patient, meticulous, and nice. Measuring my feet, explaining about multiple shoes and their quirks. Loved the KEEN NXIS speed and picked up a pair of. I love the shoes, it's comfy and fit for my feet. This was a wholesome shopping experience, even better than the ones in REI, which themselves are generally good.
