I used to like Janie and Jack and always shopped there, but the service on 2023/11/24 at noon was terrible. I will never go to this store again.

Boys items I'd give an eight, but girls a three. Stanford Shopping center customer service is abysmal. I can't understand how they stay in business.

No greeting upon arrival. Both staff members seemed bothered when I asked for a size. Older lady extremely rude searching for it stated I would need to get in another state followed with her witchy laugh. I simply said thank you and walked out. Terrible
