Jackin is the medical assistant. She is very nice. As for the frontdesk, maybe she doesn't like her job or it is early morning becasuse my appointment is at 9am. Doctor is a normal doctor, not too friendly not too bad. I ll give average one.

Making an appointment was easy except for uploading all the insurance information. They scanned my cards at the desk anyway. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes. I had Covid, and it was good to be able to get help quickly and competently.
