2nd time renting with Hertz and always there are added charges that I can never resolve as it is nearly impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Just an automated service. I will never rent with Hertz again.

Awful experience, this location and the one in Stanford kept passing us to each other for two days straight. Two reservations and zero cars at the end. Absolutely not reliable.

Don’t book here, terrible customer service. We booked a car online and they don’t have anything available in our category and charged us more for an upgrade or we couldn’t rent the car.
