The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. It seems like there are a lot of jealous people who left bad reviews because they couldn’t get a Birkin HAHAHAHA.

This was my first time going to this Hermes location and I had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Amanda for assisting us. She helped me found shoes and other leather goods that’s been on my wishlist. We’re visiting from Dallas and definitely will be back for sure.
