I got there and they were closing so the guy could do some personal stuff. They don’t seem to serious about their business. Apparently there appointment only. What a disappointment.

Very poor service. Essentially only carries davidoff. Asking customers to pay cash and he can give you a deal. Whispering about California tax. Ignored us the entire time and dealt with another two customers. Won’t go back.

The owner told me it's a "private customer " basis only, there were more accessories than cigars, very little selection- what was there were solid brands. I'll never go back nor refer anyone there.
