“Gaby is an exceptional staff member at the therapy store, where you can find a wide range of therapeutic products. If you're looking for a thoughtful gift for a loved one, the therapy store has everything you need. The San Carlos community is fortunate to have such a valuable resource in the therapy store.”

“Great customer service, reasonable prices. Not the lowest but close.I got a torch here and the ignition button stopped functioning. I called and they let me exchange for a different torch only paying the difference. I really appreciated the flexibility and the effort they put in to make it right.By all means I think the customer service far out weighs the tiny price difference especially since so many people can get things online for so cheaper. Happy to have bought from them and I will continue to do so as they are a good small business.”

“I wanted to recommend Nordic Nest to those looking for knitting supplies. Anette, the owner, was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful to my 83 year old mom who was looking for yarn and knitting supplies for a gift. Two other local stores completely blew her off when she called for assistance, but Anette was very kind not only over the phone but also texted back and forth with her a few times. We purchased some beautiful yarn at a reasonable price there today from Anette, and shortly after we left, she (as promised) even sent my Mom links to a number of websites where we could purchase patterns. Anette was great in person too, had terrific suggestions, and was very patient with my Mom. The store itself is lovely too, and we will need to return to look at the various artisanal gifts on display and available for purchase. Anette & Nordic Nest are keepers for sure!”

“Such a sweet little unexpected gem, full of treasures and trinkets, antiques and vintage jewelry. It's the sort of shop your grandmother or somebody's mom might've run back in the day, you'd be able to get lost for at least an hour rifling through random little things, odds and ends, e.g. books and artwork, necklaces and earrings, rings, little board games and the odd bit of clothing you thought you'd never find. The prices are also from yesteryear. The display of merchandise is also oddly adorable and artfully placed. I didn't have my phone when we went inside, or I so wished I could've taken photos. Oh well, next time.”

“It’s a little shop that sells seasonal home decor items and unique gifts. The merchandise changes based on the season and holiday celebrations. Some items are on the pricey side, but they have a lot of unique products that you’ll have a hard time to find elsewhere.

The staff is kind and helpful. She helped with our inquiries.”

“I enjoy going to Therapy Stores because they have so many unique things! It's super fun to just browse. Living so close, sometimes I go on a walk and end up here. They sell a variety of knick knacks, jewelry, and clothes. The service is awesome. The workers are super friendly and will help you find what you're looking for in your size if it's not available at their location. I love dainty jewelry and they have a lot of options for that too. I picked up a super cute dress the other day and am in love!! It is a little pricey, but the quality of the things they sell are great in comparison to what other places have. It's so nice to have this store so close to home. I bought all my Christmas gifts here and everything was super unique!”

“Great spot for little gifts, delicious handmade chocolates, and service that doesn’t disappoint. I believe shree is the gentleman that helped me out, greeted me as soon as I stepped in the building. It was my first time in there and I had many questions to which he kindly answered and was not shy at; all great people person, definitely need more people like Shree working these jobs. Don’t really experience that level of service to often anymore. Unfortunately there they don’t allow free sample of the chocolates but after he had explained to me why I couldn’t complain, I was actually more inclined to go home with some(I couldn’t resist). He explained to me that they are small batch chocolates and they are hand made, no use of big factories and machinery. They are made by hand with LOVE that u can taste with every bite. These are the things that will absolutely keep me personally coming back here for a genuine smile, great conversation and damn good chocolate. As I mentioned they do also have a bunch of other things like charcuterie boards with cute little china pieces, different curry sauces, even had organic raw honey comb which I must say I’m a sucker for. I would rate my experience an 11/10 given the young man made my day and was very happy the whole time even though I bored him with my questions.”

“I LOVE Shelby's Garden! A few years ago a dear friend got me some beautiful yet minimal bracelets from here and I have since purchased many other pieces, really unique stuff and reasonable price, don't think I paid more than $30 for a piece. Was wandering in here a few weeks ago needed some retail therapy, and decided to smell their scent selection, smelled this Capri Blue Volcano hand lotion and went to heaven. The smell immediately comforted me, seemed so familiar but I couldn't quite place it. I go home to research (I thought maybe it was the scent of one of my Vegas cainos and thats why i recognized it lol!) and of course - it's the scent Anthropolgie uses in their stores! Addicting and a known universally accepted scent! To the point where a man stopped me on Laurel and said "Ma'am I'm sorry if this comes off wrong but you smell AMAZING" =) (fun fact for single ladies: based on research men really like citrus or vanilla/pumpkin yes pumpkin scents on women and this is mostly citrus with light floral base notes! Isnt that something...). I asked my husband how he Iiked this because he's never been in an Anthropologie or to Shelby's and he applied like 3x to his hands and sat there sniffing them like Molly Shannon in Superstar. What a fun cute store to browse there is all sorts of stuff the owner must hand-pick everything because it's so charming and there is always something new/fun/pretty/cute to buy!”

“They are the place we always go for Golu dolls and other pooja items. Good selection and when compared to other Bay Area Indian arts/pooja stores, this place has comparable or better prices and is MUCH better arranged/cleaner. I understand the prices may be high compared to India or online, but that's not fair because they have to provide for a brick and mortar business in the USA (in an expensive market). We bought golu dolls for the last 5 years and we will continue to buy from here.”

“My wife and I came into this store on Sept 7 to browse and found many things we loved. We left with some Disney clothes, pins, and stickers which were reasonably priced. Great service, selection, and value here!

Also, there are often sales and coupons that you can leverage for a better deal. Their clearance section also usually has some good deals/finds too.

We also wanted to recognize Lillie for her awesome and helpful service. She kindly and patiently helped clear up the confusion we had about stacking codes/coupons and enabled us to get a great deal on the items we purchased. Thank you, Lillie! 10's across the board! =]”

“A hidden gem! I came across the shop when walking in downtown and decided to hop in. Walked away with an amazing wedding gift for my friend thanks to the help of the lovely lady at the store. The shop has a myriad of unique items and is fairly priced imo. Check it out!”

“5/10/23 Unfortunately they're closing and they have discounts for clearing their inventory. I was told that their last day is sometime in the summer. Lots of high end quality stuff. I got a 14" steel wok and an oyster knife. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Go there soon before they close.”

“That have everything needed for puja. The owner is generous, very helpful and guides appropriately. The great part is he guided us very honestly keeping in mind how some things could get more costly for us. If we could do without something, he told us to leave it. I really liked it.”

“This was a pleasant surprise of NASA gear for an affordable price. Like a nasa outlet store in a sense. I was disappointed there were no educational displays or insights into the happenings at the Ames center, as that was what I hoped for. But if you want to some cheap merch, you got it here.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements. The process from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. The fruit arrangement arrived on time and exceeded my expectations in terms of freshness and presentation. Each piece was beautifully arranged and the variety of fruits was impressive. The chocolate-dipped treats were a hit with everyone. It’s a great option for a thoughtful and delicious gift. I’ll definitely be using their service again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a special gift or treat.”
