On a visit to this store in the Stanford Shopping Center, the experience was most unpleasant, the Sales Associate was most unfriendly, did not acknowledge us, cannot recommend this place, We spend our $4k for the day at Neimans and Zynga, here the experience as stellar.

High quality bath linens. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very nice staff, too. They were able to get me a bath mat in a color I wanted that was not even available at frette.com. Thanks, Flora and Eric for helping us put some really nice finishing touches on our bathroom after we remodeled it.

The Frette store is great. I am Italian and like to buy high quality Italian products for my place here so Frette was a no brainier. Though I had checked the website and was about to buy there, I came to the store to see what was available in stock. Well I was very pleasantly surprised by Rodney, who spent a lot of time with me checking different combinations for my purchase, comparing different collections, giving great advice, etc. As few more people came in, Tina and Patrick continued showing me the different options and patiently comparing the online catalog, helping with a missing piece I needed, etc.I almost felt pampered while all I went to do was to buy some sheets. Definitely an amazing shopping experience! Oh and got offered some refreshing San Pellegrino at the end :)Thank you folks!

I have two separate reviews.
I first visited the store location during a sale. I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for and was delighted with the impeccable service. I’m so happy I came in person because I ended up getting something that wasn’t on sale but was exactly what I wanted. So I started my frette bedding collection with a white duvet and two king shams.
Six months later they had a Black Friday or Christmas sale and everything was 50% off so I completed my set including 3 euro shams and 5 pillow fillers and a sheet set with two pillow cases all matching. Unfortunately I accidentally choose the wrong colored sheet set online. We were not able to exchange the sheets online, and Stanford mall was a mad house during the holidays, my husband drove all the way from San Mateo just to turn around after 45min looking for parking.
Today a frette manager was very helpful in correcting my mistake. Because we had the entire set of the white triple bourdon they were able to exchange and really help me out. I am very excited to finally be able to use my new bedding.
