Francis LaPoll has sold three homes for me and my husband. Francis efficiently coordinated a diverse number of repairs to each home in order to get each on the market. He is sensitive to costs and only recommends making repairs and upgrades that have a high rate of return. A few days before posting a home for sale, he reevaluates the local housing market and discusses pricing that reflects the most current market. Through each step of the process Francis is an excellent communicator and highly detail-oriented. I also consider Francis an excellent negotiator. Selling and buying a home can be an emotional endeavor and Francis gives rational and sound advice. Because of our high level of trust and confidence in Francis, my husband and I have asked him to represent us when we purchase a home outside of the Bay Area. I am extremely happy with Francis’ process for selling real estate. His processes worked so well that we used him to sell three properties. His strategy and tactics covered the major parts of preparing and selling a house, which included market reviews, project management for property upgrades, price evaluation, and negotiating the final deal. Additionally, Francis brought an attention to detail that even the best of executives rarely achieve.
