I have received very good service here. First, the person who mailed my package received me with such positive energy. Second, he safely stored my dad’s passport that I left in a copy machine, I was just able to securely receive it. The other girl today who helped was also so courteous.

I wish there was an option for 0 star. Horrible rude staff (Alan). A fedex truck was blocking the road (on a no stopping sign!) and I asked them to tell the driver to move the truck. Instead Alan, start mocking me and with sarcasm telling me that I should back up my car and go away. Alan with two years of experience at fedex with no sense of customer service!

Fed ex refuses to deliver my package and is saying they attempted delivery (they did not) and I need to pick it up now to actually get it.

0 stars if possible. The printing system is extremely hard to use and expensive. Browsing is $0.75 per minute, forces you to preload at least $5, all printing is defaulted with color (4x expensive), and the system forces you to log out and clear data when the preloaded money is out. WTH? When I finally printed one page using the work station, the staff threw my paper to trash. The staff was very unfriendly, and pretended that I didn’t exist until they needed to kick me out with unpleasant attitude and go off work.
I spent $10 getting 3 pieces of A4 papers and the worst experience ever in a printing shop. Nice job ruining my day, FedEx.

Used this Fedex location to ship on a few occasions including today. At least 2 of the employees are (at best) unfriendly if not downright rude. Wondering why they still work there?

Gets it done no moreEdit 6/18/2023, dropped from 5-star to 2-star: the new manager has a weird attitude -- basically yelled at me for just asking about why I'm being charged for things I've never been charged for: threw the receipt at me and walked off (I think he had me swipe 2x as well so now I need to waste time looking at my cc transactions). When they get a new manager I will bump the stars back up.Edit 5/2020; some reviews comment on the employees, I've never had a problem and everyone seems chill--just my experience
