The drop location is inside Walgreens, at their photo center. The employee promptly recognized and accepted my package, scanned it, confirmed it is a new address label and offered me to receive a receipt via email or text. Courteous and efficient.

Cute and small FedEx location with friendly employees. Stopped by to print a few documents. The printing machine had some issues and it took some time to figure it out. The reception at this FedEx isn't the best and emailing the file was kind of a hassle. They don't have many items on the shelves. This location is good for mail and printing only

There was no service when I arrived after lunch. Walgreen staff told me the only FeDEX staff had returned home. Also unlike other locations, this one has very limited service. Wasted an entire hour and won't come back.

Reuben here was the sweetest fed ex guy ever!! He taped up our box and printed out a free label for us all free of charge! We accidentally brought a UPS package but he totally made it no big deal and was so lovely. Thanks for giving us a great experience Reuben!!!! :) you can tell he really loves his job, made our day.

Received 5 star customer service from Reuben. He helped me resize the box for a prepaid shipment, and reduce its contents to be under the specified weight limit. They were somewhat busy with their evening parcel sort & scan. Reuben was courteous, clearly communicated throughout the process, and was a fine example of good FedEx service. Note: this FedEx office "store front" is not visible when driving up to the building. Plenty of parking is available nearby in the lots and parking structure. Just follow the well placed signage about 75' (25m) to the office building courtyard, and give a friendly hello to the FedEx employees. If they are busy, mind your manners, have some patience; and it will be fine. The fine folks at FedEx, and many others like them; have helped to keep our society moving forward during the difficult COVID-19 pandemic.

This location at Palo Alto Square is the best FedEx. The CA Ave. employees are slow and unknowledgeable. But at the PA Square store, Reuben and Montee are outstanding employees who are experienced and know all the rules, very competent and courteous. I don't understand the bad reviews here, I've always seen Reuben and Montee there. Back in the 1980s, FedEx was the BEST but now, their delivery service has waned and if I don't HAVE to send a return through FedEx, I trust USPD or UPS more. I've had bad delivery service with FedEx! One item never got delivered to my son and I spoke on the phone with them for over an hour, two times. Other packages I am supposed to receive get stuck at locations so they have been delayed by days or a week. But when my return label states I have to use FedEx, I go to this Palo Alto Square location for the best customer service.

A Walgreens worker just informed me that this FedEx location only accepts dropoffs and pickups. There are no parcels / envelopes available for buying and then mailing.

Seemed like a decent FedEx.. the person at the counter instructed me to leave my package in a bag, not hand it to him. Fingers crossed it arrives on time as it's a prescious shipment.

After my nightmare today at UPS when picking up prints...FedEx was a godsend. I had originally placed an order to get a design printed on cardstock/postcard material paper earlier in the week for tomorrow's event. However, UPS was highly unprofessional and didn't process my order...The tried to print it on spot but everything just went wrong. Read my UPS review if you want more details on what happened there... TLDR, I needed to get same-day printing for my flyers FAST. I called into FedEx and Reuben was the one who assisted me. He provided me a sample print within 30 minutes and I was able to get all my copies within another 10 minutes. Alfred was also extremely nice and checked me out. P.S. the prints ended up being cheaper here than UPS too...with a smooth and frictionless experience while we're at it!!! I never thought I'd be writing a yelp review for FedEx nor thought I'd ever form any care or loyalty for one shipping service compared to another...but I think today's instance may have just won me over to support FedEx.

They are horribly rude. I called ahead for a print and go job and they told me to come over. There were more than three people (all employees) in the store, so they asked me to wait outside for ten minutes. I was ok with that. I came back in ten minutes and the main guy rudely waived me away again without saying anything. I asked how much longer. He gave me a very annoyed look and said ten more minutes. He could have easily had an employee step outside while I finished my two minute print job. He definitely could have been more respectful. I will absolutely not be coming here ever again.

This office deserves NO Star if possible. I went to the office to ship a return with pre-paid label. The staff (an upper-mid-age slim guy, and later claimed he IS the boss of this office) told me he could not accept the package as I have wrapped this box with the original Fedex Express packaging envelope for ground shipping. He offered to repack. Fine I agreed first. But after he said I had to purchase box, tape, filler etc I refused. All I need was to cover the Fedex express logo since that's the only problem. So I went home and wrapped the box in another plain envelope and went back. However this guy still refused to take it even after I argued I didn't want to waste for the sake of environment and there is NO problem with the package. His attitude was extremely rude, nasty and mean. Ended up I had to ship it via Fedex on California Ave. There was NO problem with the package, this guy is just a greedy and nasty fraud. This explains all the bad rating and why Fedex on California Ave had a long customer waiting line while this office had NO customer at all. The staff on California Ave was very helpful and friendly. From now on, I will always go there. Last message to Fedex: If you read customer reviews, this office has been doing business like this for years, why no improvement at all???? I agree with another customer's review, this guy is hurting your business.
