I had a completely flat tire 0.1 miles from the auto repair shop, and the manager came over to temporarily inflate the tire so we could drive to the shop without a flat. These guys are so courteous and competent!Service: Tires

When I took in my 05 Mercedes, it was leaking oil, coolant and was running pretty rough. Ricky was able to diagnose, order new parts, and keep me updated and informed all throughout the process in the couple days it was in the shop. The price was very fair and from my experience Ricky is a straight shooting knowledgeable guy. Another plus for this shop is its location, right by Caltrain and shuttles. 5 stars

I love this shop, have recommended it to friends with kids at Stanford; Ricky helps us keep track of our "fleet" of aging vehicles (at one time, I think we didn't own a car with less than 100k miles on it). He always tells me what repairs are critical, what can hold until next time, etc. Since I had kids away at college, he has helped us keep them running.

This is a very old experience but I have never forgotten their kindness. I had the worst experience with California's Best in Sunnyvale and I brought my Honda in to this shop in utter desperation. My final bill was $39, and I knew it was a mistake. The mechanic told me that he was just so embarrassed that a local mechanic had taken advantage of me. I still was confused and he said, "When I go out with my wife and people find out I'm a mechanic I hear all their bad stories, and I'm sick of it."

I went here to get my cold air Intake system replaced. The service was excellent very fast and for a very good price. Will definitely come here again in the future very good auto shop.
