He noticed that a kernel of rice was blocking the port (btw, he says rice not necessarily the appropriate fix!) He picked out the kernel and sent me on my way with no charge. I got the sense he is a fair minded businessman. Give this young business a try!”

The tech at the store helped me get a new laptop when mine died, they transferred all the information and came to my house to setup my printer. A couple of weeks later I had problem printing and Jose came within the hour to fix the problem at no charge because of warranty. Their attitude is “we are here to help”. In a world where the answer to most failures is to discard and replace, I love that Felix can diagnose and repair well used units and return them back to service. Very knowledgeable; reasonable and prompt service. cannot recommend more highly!”
“Joseph R was wonderful. He was very diligent to check why my Kenmore dryer wasn't working. Originally, he noted the dryer switch inside the door seemed loose, but delved deeper into the dryer workings; a test seemed to indicate a thermostat/fuse issue. Long story short, it was indeed the dryer switch (luckily he had in his truck), put it on, and it worked...the light inside dryer went on when door opened but best part, the dryer turned on to dry/rotate the clothes. Yaah!!! Either part was the same cost. Joseph was intuitive and clever with his original assumption. He was careful to keep the area clean, and said even if he hadn't had the part, he was required to put the dryer back together as before he left. Needless to say, Joseph was polite, listened to my concerns, and very pleasant to work with, and even worked past his end time to help with my dryer. I'll definitely use A&E Factory Service again. I have used them in the past, and the lady that fixed my washer knew exactly what was wrong, had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to both of them as excellent and customer-oriented service staff!”
“In terms of service and timing, wonderful. In terms of pricing, a bit over the top, though the manufacturer may have a lot of influence over pricing. $300 for a new phone screen is honestly ridiculous no matter where you are.
For the service itself though, 5 stars.”
