Car had some cosmetic damage to the rear bumper. I'm pretty picky but they did a great job fixing the problem to my satisfaction. Paint matches perfectly.

Eric did a great job repairing and painting our truck. He arrived on time for our appointment and was able to come directly to our house for the repair, with our truck still parked in the garage. He was professional and checked in with my husband several times to make sure he was happy with the work being performed. We are pleasantly surprised with the quality of the repairs. After the work was completed, Eric cleaned up after himself and left our garage looking as clean as he arrived. He was very friendly while he completed the repair. The quote was accurate and very fair for the work that was performed. Hopefully we won’t need another car repair any time soon, but if we do, we would definitely use this service again!Services: Painting

Highly Recommend. A semi-truck clipped the mirror on our only car on the I-35. We couldn’t face renting a car and going to the body shop, waiting around etc. I found this company online and sent them photos of the car. Nelson contacted me immediately and quickly sent us an estimate that I sent to the insurance company. It was approved. The technician was excellent and personable. All along the way the communication with the office was beyond good. The company is fast, friendly, efficient, and provided first rate professional service. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

As good as new! The whole process of getting a quote and booking an appointment was easier than you could possibly imagine. The technician Cesar was awesome! He's definitely an expert in his field and also super polite and clean cut. UpDate: in person inspection done and warranty was granted. 1 star updated to 4 star simply given the hassle. Thank you.Initial review: I was initially elated by the fact that this is a mobile service. My car looked great after but 2 months later the paint is peeling in the EXACT spot of repair. Take at photo of work during, after, and now. Unfortunately the company has decided that this is "new damage" and refused to honor warranty. Denied after reviewing photos stating this is "new damage". The top coat is peeling, no evidence of a scratch around the area and no dents. To top it off did not offer to send anyone out to look at the car. Just denied. Would be ironic to get damage in the exact same area. This is being reported to BBB.

Prompt in all ways possible from start to finish. The quality exceeded my expectation. Neighbor's thought I was crazy but it worked better than a body shop by a mile. Glad I tried it. If your car had very heavy extensive damage I don't know but for me it worked like charm.Tim

I highly recommend Get Driveway Mobile Auto Lab. Very responsive. Quick and reasonable quote. Nicole was great with customer service. She kept me informed with any updates and answered all of my questions. She even responded to me after hours. Fab the technician was professional and very courteous. He even walked me through the repair process. He advised me on what to do after the repair relative to the paint. He matched the paint perfectly. I had just got my truck and three days later we went through a drive-thru that was very narrow and scratched the side of my truck. I got a quote from CarBodyLab | GetDriveway of around $800 but I thought it was too good to be true so I went to Lynn Smith of Chevrolet. My quote from them was $1,400+. I looked into some reviews and decided to give GetDriveway a shot and it was great! My truck is like new, as if it never even happened and the scratches were deep! Since then I have recommended this company to a friend. The technician was quick and professional and the best part is I didn't have to leave my home or take off my pajamas!

The service was excellent! It only took a couple of hours and the door and panel were back to mint condition! VERY affordable and effective. They came to my home and repaired it better and more cost effective than taking it to a dealership or a repair company.

I had a major damage in my Tesla’s front bumper. I went to several body shops who quoted me thousands of dollars for the repair. I came across Driveway and decided to give it a shot, so I submitted pictures and within few minutes, a customer service rep reached out with a very reasonable price. The technician, Refugio, showed up on schedule and in less than 6 hours made my bumper looked new again.

Carlos was my mechanic that came to replace the bumper on my girlfriends car. He arrived right on time. Finished the job 50% sooner than I was told. He was fast but also payed attention to detail and did not rush the job. The pricing for the repair was perfect and on the plus side they come to you. Will definitely use them in the future with other needs and will recommend to family and friends.
