I have been with Kate for a few years. She has been wonderful. I was given to Diana for my future appointments. Which is fine. It took her three weeks to get the paperwork I needed for a loan. I keep hearing it's in the mail. I I was then given to Emily. I called her four times with no return calls. I called Kate three times and left messages. With no response. I called the main office and left a message All it takes is a text to someone to follow up. Or how about this. A return call.

I wish I could rate them ZERO "0"... One of the worst Companies I ever dealt with. To list a few... Horrible Service, Managers with BIG attitudes, Lack Professionalism, Terrible Communications, NOT Candid, Absolutely MESS... I can go on for a full page, but I think made it clear. DO NOT do business with them. I did, and I regret it.

I would say these are rude shady conservative people who care only about money. they're fake superficial and disgusting. The only reason I ended up with accounts here is because of my family, and the only reason I found out that I even had accounts with them was because of somebody else not affiliated with this company. they laughed in my face when I told them that I was an error to an estate and I wanted more information about it. they did not disclose I'm missing $900,000 when I asked for it back statements they changed the subject. sure my portfolio is performing well, but I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw and I'm looking for other options.

Cant speak to the issue with above broker, but can definitely speak to integrity, insight and professionalism Jim Millette and Steven Harman operate with. I have had a portfolio with UBS for 10+ years, during which they always exceeded my expectations. Jim and Steven are always available and extreemely knowledgable on anything I wanted to explore. Even with the down market over the past couple years, I have seen appreciation of 260%+ in about 10 years (and that is with holding positions Jim advised). Contact these two with confidence!

UBS financial service closed my account in 2007 without my knowledge or permission. Since then I have tried to get an explanation...Not one person has been able to explain why or how this happened. I requested that they reimburse me the lost interest and move my money free of charge to another account. They have refused to respond. There is something very wrong with this company.

Manager "Mark" just called me (customer) "Jack Ass" because I pointed out how they moved out more money of my account then they were allowed and instructed to do. Serious math and ethics problems here.

UBS Financial Services is a great option for managing my retirement planning. I feel very confident that my money will grow based on my goals. Dina Artzt is wonderful to work with and has been very helpful to me for planning my retirement. She and Steven Harman always respond quickly and professionally when I need anything. They are great to work with! Can't say enough positives about them.
