The morning I was trying to head out to the beach, my car was making a concerning noise. My usual mechanic couldn’t assess the car for nearly a week! I was uneasy driving it without some evaluation. KT and his team looked at it the morning I called, gave me an accurate assessment for immediate safety and what needed to be done for the near future. I will definitely be taking my car back to Advanced Motorworks, they are professional and extremely service oriented.

I have been taking my car here for a few years now since the dealership raised their service prices. I couldn't be happier with Advanced Motor Works. I have saved a ton of money going here and my car is in excellent shape. The inspections they perform helped me identify issues that needed to be addressed. Inspection reports include pictures to show you what needs work. I'm always impressed with how quickly the service is performed, and communication about my car's status is always handled well.

Super helpful and transparent. KT will discuss and show you what the actual problem with the cars is. I have an older car and in one case he recommended not getting service on it since the car wouldn't last much longer anyways. Most places would just take your money to fix it and not think anything of it, but he was honest, upfront, and actually considered you as the customer. That's hard to find a lot of places and I really appreciate it. Definitely will be sticking with them.

Guys would not repair with my OEM parts as they want to significantly upcharge $$$ and use substandard knock-off parts. Stay away from this place! The place is filthy, and they pull the classic quote low and then upcharge routine. A quote here means nothing, so ignore that and count on getting billed substantially MORE and that the work will take longer.

KT, the owner, is probably one of the nicest and most conscientious mechanics I have ever met. He first asked how long I plan on keeping the car, so he could advise me on what was necessary during that time frame. He also top off the coolant for us free of charge one time. What a nice guy! I would highly recommend him and his shop because it's so rare to find a mechanic you can trust nowadays.

KT was kind, honest, paid attention to details, handled all Safeco insurance paperwork, supplied a loaner car, and delivered when it helped us because we were overwhelmed. Our 2017 Prius came home looking like a new car. It was spectacular! Inside and outside immaculate. It left home looking very battle worn after duking it out with an angry bolt in a chain link fence.KT was very kind and reassuring. He made our experience as easy as he could. He and Safeco Insurance worked well together. He was honest, noticed details and made everything perfect. This shop is special!

Absolutely wonderful service!!! They will clearly explain what’s going on with your car and help find the best route to fix the problem! I recommend everyone bring their vehicles here any time you have an issue. Quite honestly the best experience I’ve ever had!!

I've taken my car twice to Advanced Motor Works. Both times the mechanics fixed/diagnosed an issue on my car (Toyota Camry 2016) without charging anything at all. The first time the screwed a bottom panel on my car that was hanging off. The second time they diagnosed my car when the check-engine light came on for a faulty gas cap. This team is trustworthy and only charge for things you actually need done.

By far the best place I've ever had my car serviced. KT is straightforward, honest, reliable and downright pleasant.I asked 100 questions & he remained professional, patient along w/ very informative.Very rare to have a car service place over deliver; but this place does that & more!!
