Terrible store! Poorly stocked, with boxes of unopened merchandise stacked up in the aisles. The photo department is completely decrepit and doesn't work. Shelves are routinely bare of essentials.

The workers are depressed and have low energy, not very eager to help. That's often a reflection on management. Take Trader Joe's for an example, this was the opposite of that.

Tl;dr: The pharmacy made a mistake and I had to pay $243.20 for it.I went to get my COVID booster and flu shot. I’ve gotten all my vaccines previously at CVS for no charge, so I assumed it would be the same again. I checked in, they took me back, I got the shots. Only after the fact did they realize they didn’t figure out my insurance situation. Turns out, I wasn’t covered with my plan (Kaiser). But I couldn’t give my vaccines back, so I had to pay for them out-of-pocket. The one redeeming part of it was the employee who tried to get me discounts, even suggesting to run me as uninsured, since I didn’t have viable insurance, but the pharmacist refused to do it. So I was left footing the bill when it was their mistake. If they had told me beforehand that I wasn’t covered, I would have cancelled my appointment. Instead I got trapped!spending a day’s wages on an unexpected expense. I’m a broke teacher, and that is not a small chunk of change. And all the pharmacist could offer me were paltry “sorries” — no solutions for THEIR MESS UP. Never going here again. Absolutely horrible.

Because of its unrivaled customer service, this CVS distinguishes out as remarkable. The welcome atmosphere is created by the helpful staff, who has even won over my dog, who eagerly joins us on our visits. It's a credit to the welcoming atmosphere they continually maintain. Photo credit

The pharmacist ray is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond. He is so understanding. He provides excellent patient care. He empathizes with the patient. He does whatever he possibly can to get in contact with the doctor. He makes the process as stress free as possible . It's rare to find a kind pharmacist now days but he is . He does his very best . He should teach other pharmacies how to be .

Don’t get your covid vaccine here unless you’ve got time to spare. It may take 90 mins+ beyond your appointment time. Staff are professional, but there should be twice as many to meet demand.

Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for your medication on a good day, the wait is usually 20+ minutes. The pharmacy staff are apathetic at best, usually rude. They never apologize for the incredibly long wait times. Yes, they are understaffed, but they could at least have a better attitude. I have told them to update my insurance every time I've gone there, and they still have my old insurance from a year ago, thus adding an extra 10 minutes to my visit each time. I suggest trying another pharmacy--Capsule across the street just opened up.It makes sense that small businesses are understaffed, but a large corporation like CVS that has record profits year after year should be able to pay more employees.

This pharmacy has a good selection of over-the-counter medications and the staff are always happy to help me find what I need. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions about medications. I appreciate the drive-thru option, it's very convenient when I'm in a hurry.

It’s as good as you get for a CVS. Workers are helpful, lines aren’t that long, tons of stock l.

The pharmacy literally does not answer the phone. It doesn't matter what day or time you call or how long you wait it is not possible to reach them.

can I give zero stars? My prescriptions were sent here since my pharmacy closed and I've tried several times to reach this CVS and ended up on hold forever. All I need is 5 minutes about my account. Annoyed and Frustrated

Website does not work; nobody answers the phone 94 minutes waiting for a response. Unable to get my prescription transferred out. Very unprofessional and sloppy service. Try Walgreens.
