The place is dirty, the line system slow and confusing, and the cashier are too invasive. No, I don't want to open an account, give you all my info and spend 20 minutes doing this while people are waiting in line. Manager should revise some things.

Pharmacy handled its customers very slowly and in a disorganized way. Very rude pharmacist, not sure how they’re still operating with this low level of customer service.

We got a prescription filled in less than 20 minutes. That is a CVS record for us. Town and Country is a nightmare though, parking, pedestrians and traffic makes this place hard to visit.

It’s super rare that you can get terrible service and nearly crash your car in the parking lot. Usually you can only get one of those. 15 minutes, three people turned away for vaccines. Really, how hard is it to staff a CVS? Not really the people’s fault, this is every cvs on the peninsula. It’s gotta be management.

Cashier, obviously hates her job. Very grumpy.Lectured me that the waiting line, for the cashier was supposed to go down a different aisle.I informed the Cashier, that I have never been here before, and I will definitely never be back now, and that I fell in line behind the other customers, verses starting my own separate line, possibly causing a conflict with the other customers.I am not used to getting poor quality customer service at a CVS, so I was a little shocked.Having just came from 6 hours of Chemotherapy, I could have done without the attitude.

Updated to add: as of 10/9/2023, Walgreens in San Carlos carries the approved rsv vaccine for pregnant women.This review is for the rude woman working at the pharmacy. I came in today with a prescription for the new rsv vaccine. She immediately dismissed me because I didn't look old enough, without considering that I am visibly 35 weeks pregnant. Then she argued that my prescription wasn't valid since I didn't have a hard copy without asking if it had been faxed to their system. Then finally she actually looked at the prescription to tell me they didn't have the same vaccine. A kind pharmacist came over to explain that they couldn't give me the vaccine since it didn't match the prescription. The end result is understandable (although frustrating, not their fault). This review is due to how I was shocked at the level of how rude and dismissive the woman at the counter treated me.

Worst CVS ever. Extremely rude customer service, I get better service at the CVS in Oakland where I use to live, and that's saying something. I Went in today to get a few odds and ends, and I was having a fine day before I went in, not anymore I'm not. Lady didn't even say hello, rang me up super pissed off and sighing loudly.... Then at the end she didn't ask me for a bag, so I asked for one. She angrily said " I asked and you said no " ( she did not ask, I have an excellent memory and a bad back so I can't carry items singularly) . I apologized and said I must not have heard her. She laughed at me and then said " yeah well we are supposed to charge you for the bags. "Uuuuh? Okay then bag police???? Then the new hire on the cashier one over asked her for help and she angrily told her no and to figure it out herself. I feel sorry for any new hire and any customer going in there. 0 stars if I could. Stay far away from this CVS. It's giving nightmare back rooms vibes. If I remembered the lady's name I would report her for terrible and rude customer service. I was polite and easy going and I don't need my day ruined by some angry cvs worker who clearly hates her job and anyone who goes in there. She only started helping out checking out customers her when the new hire was yelling and begging for help for like 5 minutes. For shame.....do better CVS.

I've never left a review for for a store like CVS, but after a terrible experience I feel obligated to leave a PSA. I regret that I am required to leave one star. This is honestly the worst CVS on the planet. Don't take your photos here. You will never get them back. They never notify you when they're ready. And if you go to check in person the photo center will refuse to check and will literally shout at you to get in the general goods line. Then you have to wait in one line with everyone else who isn't picking up photos just to check if your photos are ready. When you get to the only cashier who is checking people out, the cashier then has walk over to the photo center and check if your photos are ready while everyone else in a long line waits. It seems inefficient to have someone stand at the photo center just to shout at people and refuse to help them. Stay away, far far away.

Worst customer service ever. We had 2 appointments for covid shots today. They called and canelled one but not the other for "unforseen circumstances" which translates they won't take cash payment for the shots. What? A store won't take payment? This is utter BS as I know others that have gotten their covid shots from CVS while having Kaiser. Also, calling and cancelling the same day is also BS. Especially since they hadn't cancelled one of them and would have turned us away once we got there.

We got some complicated prescriptions. Our insurance said that the pharmacy had to call them before they could release the medicine. Millie from CVS went above and beyond, and sorted out everything for us quickly. We truly appreciate her help!

This review goes out to the inconsiderate, incompetent rude manager that's been working there for a long time. I don't know how she even still works there or even got hired. I came in to make return and the refunded amount did not match the amount I paid on the receipt. Instead of trying to figure out what the issue was, the manager didnt care and spoke with her rudeness stating she cant do anything about it. Honestly, if you're going to act like a B%#@$, why even work for CVS that deals with CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope upper management or corporate see's this review and terminates her. I am only writing this review because this isn't the first time she has been acting like this. I witnessed her talk so rudely to other customers in my past visits here. Future customers: Please be aware and avoid this "manager". I wish I remembered her name to expose her. She will completely ruin your day.

Please be aware that you cannot trust this pharmacy to dispense the correct medication. I went to pick up my 9 year old daughter's medications (she's a type 1 diabetic) and when I got home I found her insulin label affixed to a box of eye drops. This should never, ever happen. My mom was a pharmacy tech for 40 years and saw this happen only twice in her entire career. When confronted, they blamed a rotating pharmacist despite the pharmacist that I was speaking to's name on it. Then a tech was blamed. Then the CVS system. It was an absolute mess with zero accountability. There as failure on multiple levels and I would NOT TRUST this pharmacy or it's staff with my medications.
