I have used copy factory several times, and each time they did a great job. Todd and Kimberly are very professional and they know their stuff. Fast turnaround time, great attention to detail, and great customer service. They have the right equipment to do high definition color printing, scanning, and related document tasks, with no drama and great results. Highly recommended.

We called Copy Factory needing something the same day. They had gotten slammed that day with a bunch of other rush orders...but they managed to deliver anyway! Amazing quality and good prices. Will use for all future copy needs.

I need new flyers for my open house asap. My flyer was designed Not proportional to the 8.5 x 11 standard letter size. Copy Factory did some desktop to enlarge my file to fit and made it work. I proof read the new version in the morning, and picked up the printed flyers the same day, after lunch. The quality of the flyers were good. The advice provided were practical. The service was quick. and the price was reasonable. I will surely use Copy Factory again.

I need some flyers printed quickly for a non-profit, so I called Fed Ex. Looooooong wait on the phone, dropped connection, called back, waited for someone else to give me a quote, which was ridiculously expensive. I remembered seeing an ad for Copy Factory in the local paper, so I called them. Someone answered right away and was able to give me a quote which was WAY lower than Fed Ex. I asked if I could pick up the flyers in 2 days. She said, "They'll be ready tomorrow morning." WOW! Great quality! Great service! Great staff! This is now my go-to place for all printing needs.
