This post is an attempt to help this bank branch talk to the owner of the building to take down the HORRIFYING painting hanging in the lobby above the entrance. The employees of the bank have tried to talk to the building manager who said he wouldn't take it down "because its been up a long time" Walking in to a painting of a MURDERED NATIVE PERSON IS NOT OK. Hope this message helps push someone to have this removed from the building. Why on earth would you leave this up??? What message are you sending with every person who walks in?

CNB has been a prominent bank for some time. Then the accusation with RBC really gutted and destroyed a well-respected institution. My attempt to open an account with the branch manager seemed simple and easy at first. The process has taken over 2 weeks and I am still unable to access or use my account. After multiple holds, transfers, and background checks, no resolution has been made. My initial deposit is being held hostage, and they have been refusing to reimburse me for my own funds. Highly recommend using First Republic, or Merril Lynch. Literally any other institution. The manager seems very well-spoken at first, but is just a pawn and has no actual authority to do anything. Such a shame. They brand themselves as the bank of the stars, but I hoping they lost many clients with this level of service.

not being so rude to your customers and not taking money out of their bank account when they know they pay the bill and having their bills relapse with late payments and expecting their customers to pull money out of air that they don't have over 2 years with you guys I finally had enough of it I nap closing my account down 2 weeks ago and now I got to come up with $200 to pay my car insurance because of your guys's mistakes we won't be back anybody that Banks hear you better run

Terrible company with lousy customer service. Took them about a month to resolve a challenge which costed me $1,000. extremely disappointed!

I have been banking with City National Bank for 15 years for my business and personally, they always do an outstanding job. I own an escrow company, I rely heavily on CNB every day for sending wire transfers promptly, handling deposits and withdrawals efficiently and accurately. Many of my clients who are developers, business managers, accountants and attorneys bank with CNB as well. CNB helps with running my business efficiently and stress free. I have banked with other large banks in the past, it was a nightmare dealing with them. CNB has outstanding service compared to other banks.
