My fiance bought me Chanel for my birthday this year. Although we've been together for 13 years he still seems to impress me. I went into the store to exchange my gift for another pair although the one he got me was beautiful, I had my eyes on something else. The girl that was helping us was very helpful. They had a lot of selections of purses and sunglasses. You do have to stand in line as they open the Rope for you to get in and out they don't let too many people in at once. Everyone there was very welcoming and they made our shopping experience nice.

Terrible customer service. We had to wait above 40+ minutes to return a wallet. The supervisor Jillian had to call himself another store to verify we bought it there. Very disappointed from the service here. Not returning ever!

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this Chanel boutique inside Neiman Marcus. Fashion Advisor, Siggy was very professional, pleasant, nice, and accommodating to me as a first-time Chanel buyer. She was very helpful, answered my questions (i.e. looked up items I was looking for, but not available at the store, or not available at all, of which she provided explanation), asked me questions as well to learn my style and preferences, so she can make recommendations. She provided items that I was interested in and offered for me to try them on. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. I didn't feel rushed. I truly appreciate Siggy's excellent services. I highly recommend her.

I always enjoy shopping at Stanford shopping center. Enough parking, nice weather, nice people. Sigourney and Julian helped me to buy new Chanel for my wife. They are friendly and helpful. I contact Sigourney whenever my wife needs new Chanel. Definitely, recommend!

Bought my first Chanel bag ever as my birthday gift to myself here in March! I bought a black mini flap bag with top handle. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They didn’t have any mini rectangular bags when I first went in but I got the number of the SA, Julian, who was helping me. About 3 weeks later, I got the text and went to the store super early the next day to make sure I can get my bag! And I got it! I know it’s so hard to get. I’m super happy and excited to finally get this bag thanks to my SA.

My wife works with three Chanel boutiques, and this particular location in Neimans has always been a joy to interact with. Recently walked in solo for the first time for a gift and I had no idea who my wife's point of contact is. I ended up with the first sales associate available and she was on point. Grabbed the purse I was looking for, answered a few questions, rang me up, and provided a card so I didn't have to go to a Hallmark store. Nothing but great things to say about this location.I don't know about this rope system at the entrances that's become a thing with some of these brands recently. When I walked up I was asked to wait for the 1st associate available. My question was "How long would that be?" The response was the sales rep walking up behind the 'guard'(?) saying "Right now". That matters. Had the answer been "a few minutes" I would have turned around and continued on with my life. This is provided only as feedback for these types of stores. I get why it has to be done for security, and lets be honest, for their brand, but it's a real turn off for people like me that just want to walk in, look, buy, and be out within 15 minutes.

Arrived the store at 5:28pm the security guy told me the store is closed and not let us go in :) If the store closes at 5:30pm, then please update the closing time on google! I drove all the way from San Jose :) If I knew the store closes at 5:30pm I wouldn’t even start driving. Bad experience!

Most of my Chanel items are shoes purchased through Neiman's and Saks. I purchased one handbag while in Paris, but my purchase history did not transfer from Europe to the US. I'm used to doing a lot of my purchases online, but Chanel doesn't sell handbags online, and if you want to purchase by phone from a boutique, you have to have a profile and buying history.My husband took me to the Chanel boutique at Neiman's on a Saturday evening. It was busy, and we waited for about five to 10 minutes. The store is small, but they do have plenty of purses and SLG items. You won't find jewelry, watches, or RTW items here, but you can find leather goods!Nikki was my sales associate and she was very helpful, kind, and personable. She explained which items were timeless, how many she had in stock, and gave me feedback on which items looked good for my style, height, etc. I ended up purchasing a sweetheart purse with adjustable strap and a black wallet on chain in caviar.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nikki will be my go-to for sure!

I had been looking for a specific bag for a long while now, since it's a classic it's been sold out in many places (Bay Area, LA, Vegas, Hawaii, etc.). One day I walked in here with my husband and toddler. Eli was very welcoming and came to assist us with friendly attitude and smile. We told him exactly what we wanted; he showed us one that's bigger version. Decided not to take it because it looked big on me (I'm quite petite). Eli offered to mark down my contact information and let me know as soon as my bag arrives. I said ok, left information and walked away. I did not expect him to really contact me because many sales associates said the same thing but they never did. A little over a week later, I got a text from Eli in the morning and said they have the bag came in and if I was still interested. Of course I was. Made an appointment to see him the same day and got my bag before lunch time. What a perfect gift for Christmas this year.Eli had made this purchase very smoothly; he was never "pushy" or "hot-selling" me whatever they have in stock. I would recommend asking for Eli if you want to purchase anything Chanel.

limited selection, store is very small, always have to wait in line. Don't recommend coming here if you want to purchase any chanel items. This location doesn't sell jewelry or watches, you need to go to the luxury watch section at NM to purchase. However, the NM service is really good if you are interested in chanel jewelry or watches though their selection is also very limited.

I opened a profile here and was connected with an SA here named Astrid since 3/2022. Obviously new to this luxury house and I was asking her questions to familiarize myself with the brand. She wasn’t warm or appeared genuinely interest in orienting me to Chanel. The first visit ended with me creating a ‘wishlist’. She gave me her contact when I asked. There was a lot of back and forth texting since then but she has ghosted me and never replied back since the end of April; very unprofessional… Others have been contacted and received the bag I was more/less looking for.Please do yourself a favor and make the drive to the 2 Chanel stores in SF. It is well worth it for the better service and the invested SAs!

I will absolutely return here but only for Victoria. She is not only sweet as can be, but she is knowledgeable and not just trying to sell you stuff. I am not makeup savvy at all and she absolutely nailed my color and what I needed for my skin. Thank you, Victoria for all of your help and a wonderful experience!
