Walked in wearing my gym clothes at 2pm and the security guard literally gave me the stink eye and locked the door behind me. When I tried to leave he forgot he had locked the door on me and we embarrassingly looked each other in the eye as he fumbled to let me out. No I did not steal anything ?.

I came in to try on a coat that I really liked online. The sales staff whispered and went off into the back. Granted I didn't "look" great, I was wearing a little sweat-set. But they were a bit rude. I've honestly never felt so uncomfortable at a Cucinelli location. Quite disappointing. I ended up ordering the coat online because I didn't want to be there anymore.

The vibe is destination for sartorial splendor! Lisha warmly greeted me! She was superhelpul and initiated the process of picking up my suit.Even got a special hand written letter from Ricardo, the tailor, who custom made my suit! Super personal touch! Jeff & Hassan dropped what they were doing to say Hi! AND helped out! Bespoke is bespoke!Tried on the suit! Marvelous!Hassan recommended the smallest changes. Went with his expertise.Had to leave with the beautiful white shirts Lisha brought over...and ordered another bespoke sport coat! And went with Jeff's recommended white buttons for added flare! Should look fab at work and at play! (Cue in 80's-theme jingle riff)Cuz' I love workin' and playin' day and night. Brunello's got the look that's right. Would buy everything again! (Likely more...Shhh. Haha!)Woohoo!

I had a lovely experience here. I was greeted by the whole team as I walked in and was offered espresso, water and the like (I highly recommend their espresso). I worked directly with Lisha and she was wonderful. We picked out a few nice items for the day and was also informed of upcoming made-to-measure events. I didn't grab the gentleman's name, but we also discussed suits and all the options that comes with them. It was a great atmosphere and such a clean space. I look forward to coming back soon!

I had high hopes for this store but unfortunately the salespeople were not knowledgeable or helpful. Neiman Marcus right next door has a great assortment of Brunello Cucinelli and far better service. It's too bad because I really wanted to buy from this store.
