Breakthrough Sushi offers a fun and fantastic sushi-making class, often described as a great experience and a blast. Led by a master chef, the class runs for approximately 2.5 hours and provides a hands-on experience where participants learn to make sushi. Instruction includes how to prepare the fish and ingredients, basic knife techniques, and the art of rolling. The chef is knowledgeable, patient, and seamless in guidance, offering meticulous organization and insider tips. Attendees learn to create distinct rolls, such as inside out, hand, rainbow, and small rolls, and leave with plenty of sushi to enjoy. The class is great to do as a group, for a date, as a team-building event, or with family. Participants gain confidence and the skills to make sushi at home, with the added benefit of eating their delicious, high-quality creations. The class was fun and fantastic! Instructor Kza was knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through every step, from preparing the rice to rolling the sushi. The ingredients were fresh, and the hands-on experience made it easy to learn. We left with the confidence to make sushi at home. Plus, we got to eat everything we made—delicious!

I participated in a public class and loved it! I had never made sushi before but learned plenty about the craft and some good techniques along the way. Everything was very high quality and delicious. We made plenty of sushi, but we also waited until the end of the class to eat, so come hungry but not too hungry!

We did this as a team building event! Lots of fun, easy to do and very good! Kaz and his assistant where right there to help us create a masterpiece sushi roll!
