Horrible customer service, not greeted or helped. Waited for someone to come to the register and the cashier was rude and made my daughter upset; receipt says SamathaMae was cashier - unprofessional behavior

Selection of clothes is very organized by color and clothing type so that’s appreciated and compared to Santana Row Brandy it was much cleaner. Carried better selection and was more in touch with the clothing on the website. But, customer service was much worse than Santana Row Brandy, these workers are the “typical” Brandy workers, while Santana Row workers are nicer and more friendly.

I had an unfortunate experience of visiting the Brandy Melville store on February 6. As I browsed through the items in search of a potential purchase, I asked for help from a store assistant to put aside few items I've already decided on. I was shocked to see that my outfits-to-be were carelessly tossed onto a recycle bin behind the counter. It is an apparent lack of consideration for hygiene and customer satisfaction. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the merchandise. It is so disgusting!!! And not safe for community! The shop with such a lack of health safety must be closed permanently!!!
Another thing that chocked me that no one even cared to say "Sorry". Looks like handling the goods like a garbage is a norm for this store.
I've been a fan of Brandy Melville in the past, but this experience has left me with a sour taste. I must say it was far from the shopping experience I had hoped for. Never will come to this shop again.

I don't understand some of the hateful comments. Customer service was fine. I was ignored at Nordstrom when I was shopping there dressed in workout gear. I am grateful for a nice clothing option downtown Palo Alto, where most of downtown is food and quite boring, honestly. I have lived downtown for 20 years. I loved it when it was family-friendly.

I cannot believe that the clothes are not returnable. You pay for shipping both ways or you can only get shore credit. Ridiculous!

Don’t expect good service here because the workers are all teenaged girls who don’t really care about customer service, which is to be expected, but this Brandy always does have newer items and is always clean. The fitting rooms are nice as well.

Horrible customer experience. Girls think they’re entitled, don’t greet people with darker complexion which is hilarious because they’re Asian. I say this from experience, my friend and I walked in and not a single hi or welcome in but other girls walked in and they were welcomed with a smile. Who knows, they just need better education. If you’re Hispanic or black , don’t expect good customer service.

horrible place to even attempt to shop at. no greeting when my partner and i walked in just awkward stares and employees ignored us while on their phones. store is way too over crowded with "one size" merchandise that all consists of the same color way (wide variety of 3 colors) felt so claustrophobic being in this store. if you're not a cookie cutter extra small sized white girl, they will not even look your way. this is obviously some of the employees first jobs but damn, this is probably the worst service i've ever received. I've never purchased anything from Brandy Melville and thankfully i never will do to this experience and the embarrassing sizing that only caters to petite girls. way better off just going to target for some basic pieces like tank tops or shirts that don't say "Bay Area" or "Washington" on them... lol.

My daughter loves this place customer service is really bad I asked the two young ladies if the fitting rooms were downstairs no eye contact they kept looking at each other and answered my question incredibly rude....who trains these people

I came here with a friend, we had read that they closed at 7pm, it was a Wednesday, as we were entering some lady’s were at the door and it seemed as if they were arguing with the workers, after walking through them, we looked around for 2m workers kept on staring at us, and a worker came up to us with an attitude and said “we close at 6pm” we said okay and we left. Workers were rude. Never coming back here.
