I wish I worked with this group when I gave birth to my daughter and a support community after I had her when I lived in Palo Alto but I've heard a lot about this group when I lived in the Bay Area and I highly recommend this group.

The prenatal yoga and mom and baby yoga classes in the park have been so wonderful to attend this past year during COVID pandemic. All of the instructors are wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Prenatal yoga has been so wonderful at Blossom! Each class and instructor is different and they are all caring and wonderful. Also, the Beanstalk 2nd hand shop and Blossom "rummage sales" are a great place to find gently used baby clothes, maternity clothes, books, gear, etc. Easy to get to and easy parking.

I found the exact support I needed postpartum and wished I took advantage of their offerings while pregnant too. The 0-8 month parent baby group has helped build my confidence as a first time mom and prepare for the rapid changes that inevitably occur. The perinatal mood group helped normalize the emotions I experienced and also led me to better advocate for my needs with my doctor. The rotating Friday groups are informative, especially twice a month breastfeeding support (which is free). I cannot recommend this special place any higher!

This review is long overdue. Blossom is an amazing place for expectant parents and families with young children. If you are looking for great resources, community building and an outstanding prenatal/postnatal yoga program this is the right place. It has made an immense difference for me and my family. Their ability to adapt in the times of COVID-19 is impressive, they have switch all of their classes online.

I am so grateful to Blossom Birth! I moved to the Bay area when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I didn't know anyone here and I felt the need of finding a community. I was so blessed to find Blossom Birth, which soon became my place to go to for any pregnancy and post-partum needs. I took prenatal yoga classes with such amazing teachers: JuFen (I love her!), Robyn, Ananda, Carolina, Isha and Katie - they are all so great and I highly recommend their classes! I took also Birthing Naturally with Lori Ismail which I highly recommend if you are looking for a natural birth. Last but not least, I had a lot of pain during pregnancy and PT Ann Udofia helped me so much. She is a specialized pelvic floor physical therapist, who recently taught a Post-Partum webinar at Blossom that I took. I highly recommend her for any pelvic floor needs both in pregnancy and post-partum as well as her webinar. Every woman should see a pelvic floor physical therapist in post-partum. Blossom Birth has all these amazing resources for expecting parents and new parents. I'm so grateful that this place exists and I will always try to support them!

I feel so lucky such a warm, compassionate, welcoming place is open to all. As a first time mom, I had no idea what I was in for. At 2.5 weeks postpartum I showed up in a very emotional state, not sure what to expect by asking for help. Instantly I was reassured and found myself going there 3-4 times a week throughout my maternity leave. I still attend the weekly groups virtually and I'm so grateful for the continued support and education in spite of sheltering in place.

I can't believe I've never yelp rated this place - ha! I definitely miss this place, but since we are in San Jose, it's a bit far of a drive! Such a warm and inviting community. The staff are all outstanding and care so much for the students. It's hard to find a studio dedicated to just PNY/post-natal, and parent-baby/toddler. Truly family friendly. Jeanna was a wonderful studio manager, and now it's Carolina, who is a sweetheart and seems to be implementing lots of creative ideas. Dominique is the ED and is incredibly warm and inviting. I definitely miss this community.

Blossom birth is great. We are currently taking the natural birthing class with Lori and we love it. We have learned a lot and feel much more confident about going into childbirth. Lori is very knowledgeable and she's also very nice as a person. My husband and I agree on this course being the most useful prenatal course we have ever taken. With my first kid, we also worked with Michelle who is a lactation consultant at Blossom. We also loved her and I plan to contact Michelle again for my second kid in case I need a lactation consultant in the future. I highly recommend working with Lori, Michelle, and Blossom!

Mamas and mamas-to-be, you need to know about Blossom. We got the tip off about this amazing community from a mom-friend when we first got pregnant. This place embodies the hug of support expecting and new mamas/parents need. Their birth courses are excellent and were a big help to us in knowing what to expect and feeling "ready" (as much as possible). Additionally, we found a wonderful doula at their doula event, learned about baby wearing options, and enjoyed some bonding time with our new child at their Infant Development and Infant Massage classes. When we were first adjusting to nursing, the lactation expert drop-in session provided the support we needed. The prenatal yoga classes we a huge support through pregnancy, not just for fitness, but also for the opportunity to hear what to expect from other mamas at various points of pregnancy, and to strategies for dealing with all the physical and emotional challenges that come from baking up a small human. Now that we have a toddler, Blossom's Toddler and Me yoga classes have been a great way to sneak in some "me time" while giving our daughter a chance to play with other littles her age. And, the Blossom Shop is a great way to keep stocked on secondhand clothes and toys (which you can donate back in 3-6 months when your kiddo outgrows them). If you wait for their regular "shop clear outs," you can walk home with a full grocery bag of pre-loved items for the next "phase" your kiddo is growing into for a few bucks. Or, just pop in for some herbal tea and a snack as you read something from their library bookshelf. There's a play space for kiddos and a changing table in the bathroom, so pretty much any basic need you or your little one have can be met here. Overall this place is the parent positive space I needed before and after we welcomed our little one to the family. If you have or are about to have little ones, this is the place to be!

Through Blossom Borth Services I was introduced to At Ease Family Solutions. At Ease Family Solutions is phenomenal in connecting you the help you need at home. We just moved homes and trying to organize your possessions with a 3 year old and 1 year old is simply impossible. At Ease has connected me with 2 fabulous child care professionals, H. and T., and a organizational assistant M. to help me unpack the millions of boxes that we have. M. was spectacular at helping me break through fatigue to find creative solutions in our new home. H. and T. have made instant and lasting connections with my two sons and kept them busy, entertained, and helped to guide their behavior. Founder Letavia is fantastic at communicating and getting to the heart of what help you need. She suggested organization help when I didn't even know was an option and has gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are being met. I highly recommend you use this service to find the help you need.

I discovered Blossom when I was pregnant. I started going to their prénatal yoga classes around week 9 or 10 of my pregnancy and continued with their yoga classes until I had my baby at 37 weeks pregnant. My favorite instructors were Isha and JuFen and even now, postpartum, I still go to Isha's community yoga class. In addition to their yoga offerings, I've also gotten a lot out of their Tue/Thur 0-8month parent and baby groups facilitated by Eva. She's amazing and it was a great way to "practice" leaving the house with a newborn. It's also really useful in meeting other moms and getting ideas/get questions answered. I highly recommend Blossom and all their services for new and soon to be parents!
