I had a great time working with Destanie at the Palo Alto Anthropologie Weddings location on 9/26/24. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and it was my first time shopping, so I really appreciated her on-point recommendations and insight. She was knowledgeable about different styles/materials and very engaged in the process. The vibe was relaxed, and I felt comfortable with her in the dressing room. She suggested I try a dress outside my typical style, and I ended up loving it. It's my #1 now! The day after my visit, I received an email from her with a summary of my top choices.
The appointment is free, you're allowed 3 guests, and they offer complimentary champagne and water. I tried around 8-9 dresses, didn't feel rushed, and there was no pressure to buy. It was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend working with Destanie!

I scheduled my first ever dress shopping appointment here, and it was perfect! Destanie did a great job of recommending styles and creating an efficient but relaxed experience. I was impressed with the quality of dresses for the price, and plan to order my dress soon.

I scheduled a bridal fitting and purchased my gown here. Fair prices, I couldn’t imagine spending what some of my friends do on a dress (over ten thousand dollars)!
It was easy to schedule the appointment online a few weeks in advance. In the welcome email, they link you to the current inventory of the store. Knowing that the time of the appointment would be limited to 5-6 dresses, I did my homework and picked a few dresses I know I would like and a few wildcards for fun.
I shopped with my mom, sister and now husband (we are only a little-stitious haha). They were all offered sparkling wine and there was plenty of seating for them.
As is typical for me, I ended up buying my first choice. Actually, I debated whether to keep trying on the others since I was sure the first one would be it, but my group encouraged me to make the most of my appointment.
The purchase was easy, swiped a card and it was shipped to home. They email you a list of recommended tailors—highly recommend Halena Couture!

I tried on wedding dress here recently and did not have a great time. I felt very rushed and the women helping just acted like she wanted to go home the entire time, even ending our appointment 15 minutes early and didn’t make any suggestions for what dresses I should try. I am a size 16-18 and while they have plenty of options online, in store in lacking.

A wonderful experience all around! This was the only store I visited for my wedding dress and it did not disappoint. Alexandra and Jessie were wonderful! The price point and quality of the dresses are amazing!

Came in here to pick up a By Watters online order and this Asian sales lady gave me the biggest attitude of the century. Questioned me and even said they never do in store pickups, even after I showed her the email confirmation saying that my BHLDN dress was ready for pickup. Not sure where her arrogance even came from given that the bridal boutiques that sell $15k+ dresses' stylists are way more down to earth and patient (e.g. Kinsley James in Walnut Creek, all the Galia Lahav and Monique Lhuillier stores)? If it weren't for a short engagement photos dress I wouldn't even consider stepping foot into this store. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

My family and I had a great experience at the BHLDN in Palo Alto last week. I had Alex helping me try on the different wedding dresses. She really quickly understood my style and was able to pull dresses I never thought of to try on. She also understood my venue and encouraged me to avoid certain styles (my venue is outside in the redwood trees and she suggested no tule to avoid branches/pine needles getting caught in the train).
She also was a wonderful voice, hyping me up for the dresses that looked really nice on me. As well as quickly suggesting we move on when she could tell I didn't like a dress.
I also tried on a variety of accessories. While I didn't pick THE dress, we did narrow it down to my top three. And, I did land on a veil!

I had a great experience working with both Alex and Alexandria at the Palo Alto Anthropologie Weddings location. They worked with me in two different appointments to find my perfect dress/ veil combo. I was torn between two gowns and Alex went above and beyond to call me in-between my appointments to let me know that one of my top pics was being discontinued and that I should order it ASAP incase it was the one due to very limited availability left in my size. Thank you both for your support during this process. I can't wait to share photos of it all coming together on the day :)

Mary is amazing! She helped me find my perfect dress back in May, and when I called today to ask about a veil I tried way back then, she was able to find it immediately and help me order it online! So so grateful for her styling and advice :)

My bridal fitting went incredibly well to say the least because...I said YES to the dress! As this was my first and only stop for fittings, I was so impressed by the entire experience. I browsed the selection of sample gowns online and nothing really jumped out at me, but once I arrived to my appointment, there were so many more options. From casual to couture, they have a wide spectrum of styles for any kind of wedding. My stylist Mary walked me through the selection process and was able to pull even more samples for me to try on that we both loved. Mary, you are so incredibly thoughtful and caring of your clients, I can't thank you enough for leading me to THE ONE. I was able to make my online purchase with Mary, who took my measurements to help me choose my best size and get free overnight shipping. She also emailed me a list of their preferred bridal tailor shops. My dress arrived the following business day in mint condition. Booking an appointment was extremely easy, I made mine over the phone with Erica. She was so sweet and made the booking seamlessly simple. My bff who was also having her bridal fitting with me made hers online and it was super simple as well. Her stylist was Erica who was incredible as well. She knew exactly what to look for and styled her with the most beautiful veils too. Cheers to all the upcoming brides!
