Barry's Palo Alto offers an energetic and engaging workout experience that combines strength training and cardio in a dynamic environment. The instructors are highly praised for their professionalism and ability to motivate, creating a fun community atmosphere. Class packs provide flexibility for those who prefer not to commit to a membership. The workout is known to be challenging, pushing participants to their limits, so prior knowledge of weightlifting is recommended to avoid injury. The facility features a lively vibe, with a front desk staff that ensures a smooth check-in process. The locker rooms are equipped with luxurious OUAI and Oribe products, adding a touch of glamour to the post-workout experience, although some clients may need a reminder about manners. While the loud environment can sometimes make it difficult to hear instructions, instructors often demonstrate exercises to guide participants. The unique red lighting is appreciated by some as it helps them focus without feeling self-conscious. After completing a session, visitors can enjoy refreshing showers, though some smoothies may not meet expectations. Overall, Barry's Palo Alto is a place where individuals can challenge themselves and feel accomplished after a workout.
If you want to get out of your comfort zone comfortably, this is the class for you. Very welcoming environment and the staff makes it easy to try something new.

Loved taking Doug's class! His energy had me push harder than I ever have in previous Barry's classes. I felt super motivated and totally seen. Great workout, music and personality. He's an instant favorite!
