I have the subscription for the basic service in this car wash and I really enjoy how clean they make inside and outside of the car. We had a scar from a column on top of one of the tires. I got a service to wax the car and they removed most of the scar.

I’ve been going to Auto Pride in Palo Alto for a couple of years now & have generally had a decent experience. However, the last two times they have severely scratched my entire car which is going to be expensive to fix and left dirt all over the interior of the car.
Likely will not be returning.

Had the car detailed for $450, which took four hours. It is very clean - much better than any recent cleans - but unfortunately they have knocked the back off the driver’s seat, creating a new problem for us to deal with.
