My friend and I called the dealership and spoke to Cesar Guzman and asked for a test drive. We arrived and were immediately greated by a representative who looked up their inventory and introduced us to Cesar. He got the car we wanted to test drive and took us out. Everything about the experience was top quality. They took care of me and agreed to my requests. They were transparent and honest. When I asked for time to think about the decision, they were understanding and accomodating.Tim Lofano has done an excellent job of changing the culture of what car sales has always been. He has made a culture of making the buyer feel comfortable, in the know, allowed to push back, and taken care of. As one who works in customer service, making a massive shift like that is challenging, but I can tell he put in the work to make it happen. It is very evident that the team respects him and that trust is reciprocated.Ed Makapugay was very efficient with our time. When systems were down, he quickly pivoted to find a solution. Even when mistakes happened in the price, he took ownership and kept the price we had agreed upon.Cesar has checked in to see if I have any questions as this is my first Audi. When kindness, honesty, and transparency is in sales, it makes for an incredible experience.

I purchased myAudi eTron GT at Audi Palo Alto and the purchase experience was one of the best that I've ever had. The sales rep and sales manager were very friendly and transparent - no shuttling back and forth to "my manager's" office or painful haggling. They understood the deal that I was looking for due to the Audi incentives at the time, and put together the deal I was expecting. The F&I (finance & insurance) person was also great - no last-minute pressures for add-ons, no surprise fees, etc. The delivery experience was excellent also. Highly recommended dealership!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.These salesmen are extremely misogynistic and overall extremely rude. I went in with my father and he refused to go down at all in price and when I said I have other options, he demanded I give him the VINs of the other car I had in mind at another dealership.They refused to let me pay for half of down payment on my credit card. Which is just insane because there’s no reason why I should have.They matched my extended warranty that is was going to get through another dealership, and when it came to actually paying up or ever looking at the car they fully refused. My car was leaking water into the cabin of my car and the service man actually said it was my “sun roof”, keep in mind I don’t have a sun roof. When confronted with this to the service man, he said he couldn’t help us and to bring my car to another dealership.The extended warranty refused to pay for any damaged caused to my car even though it should have been qualified because I showed them what my documents that they signed said. I ended up having to pay $3k because of this not including wages lost and rental money that came out my pocket. What a waste of time and money.Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this dealership. I will never return here ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE TO SELL YOUR CAR! They told me they needed 20 minutes to inspect my car after I made an appointment to get a quote. After making me wait an hour with no explanation, they came back with a complete lowball offer. 1/2 of what I was offered by three or four online services. A completely disrespectful experience.

I was planning to get a G70 Genesis but decided to first check the Audi Dealership in Palo Alto.I saw their grey RS7 in the showroom and was immediately struck by its sleek look and awesome looking features when Hadi and Peter asked me if I wanted to test drive the car. I said to myself "why not!" and took it for a spin with Peter and then, it happened.It was an awesome experience of handling, responsiveness and power! When I brought the car back to the showroom, Hadi asked me, "Well, what do you think of it?"Next thing I knew was I was driving home in it!The professionalism of Hadi and Peter was beyond exceptional and I decided I had to write this review to show them my sincere appreciation of their conduct. I have no hesitation to recommend these gentlemen and Audi Palo Alto to anyone looking to buy a new car!

This is review is for their services department.I purchased a servicing package which they convinced me to buy and feel like was a mistake (at least for having this location service my car). Every time I brought my car in, they wouldn't be able to fix the issue I mentioned or not detect it, but would charge me for the diagnosis and a separate thing they thought was causing the issue. I noticed the issue happening right after the first time I brought in my car. On top of that, both times I brought in my car for the annual servicing, they left out wires (TWICE, not once but TWICE) that dangled by the break pedal which is a potential driving hazard. They just tell me it's not a big deal and don't even apologize for it happening. It just tells me they're rushing their services and that majorly worries me because I'm leaving my car / potentially life in their hands . They need additional customer service training and someone to review their work. On their automated voice message they say their service dept provides award winning services, but don't let that fool you.I don't think I'll be returning to this location to finish my servicing.

John Su is the epitome of what a great service manager should be. I've known John for 5 years now, ever since I purchased my Audi A5 cabriolet, and he's always taken care of me with a smile, and always accommodating. I met Arnold on this last visit, and he took care of me for my 50K appointment, and he was also fantastic, great personality, and very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend Audi of Palo Alto for all of your Audi needs.

Hi All:I spoke the with the manager and we resolved this problem. For some reason there was a duplicated service and he agreed to extend the service since we already had the same service contract that came with the car. So all is well that ends well.UPDATE: The owner response is "Call Us". We did, left messages, and they never return a call... Basically, they are trying to mend their reputation online, without offering any resolution.I guess Channel 7's consumer reporter is the next step.Buyer beware!! This place is truly unethical and will pressure you to purchase an Audi Care service policy you do not need. Basically, Audi Palo Alto knowingly sold me an Audi Care Select policy that overlapped with the Audi Care service policy that came with the car.I purchased a used Audi from Audi Palo Alto. After making the purchase, I was sent into an office where a high-pressure sales guy insisted that I needed to purchase Audi Care Select for $695.When I took my car into Audi SF service center for its first service, they asked why I had overlapping warranty policies. They suggested I call Audi Palo Alto and ask the dealer to extend the overlapping policies so the Select policy wouldn’t overlap but begin when the Audi Care policy expired. They didn’t even bother to respond.I have turned this over to my husband because I am not a car person. He contacted Audi Palo Alto, and our sales agent’s manager told him there was nothing the dealer could do – and suggested he call Audi America. A call to Audi America did not solve the problem – he was told the only recourse was to address the issue directly with the dealer.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and productive sales team. Peter, Hadi, and Josh made sure I had a seamless experience with test driving, price negotiation, and paperwork for leasing a new Q8 etron. They answered all my many questions with ease or looked up anything they were unsure of, treated me with respect as a fellow human, and did their very best to arrive at a price I was happy with. Upfront about the available incentives. No trickery, aggression, or belittling. When I was unsure about getting the showroom car, they immediately identified and drove over a brand new car from the storage lot for me, without taking off any dealer incentives. When the price wasn't quite good enough for me, they went back to discuss and came back with a deal-making offer. The team is super cool and definitely goes above and beyond for the customer, something that's not so common at dealerships these days or in this area. Hoping I can say the same about any upcoming (routine) service appointments. Only complaint was that it took a long time from arrival to driving off with the car. But that's also mostly to be expected when negotiation is taking place.

I bought a used car from this dealership. It was pretty dirty when I test drove it, and had an oil issue, so they kept it for a month after I paid in full. So far, they would still have 5 stars.This is where the troubles came in. When I got it, there was a chip on the windshield they claim was there the whole time, even though it isn't visible in any of my photos from purchase day. They also "detailed" it very poorly. There were crumbs and white stains everywhere in the car.They refused to fix the windshield, but they agreed to re-detail the vehicle. I took it back in for them to detail it again, and it took them 3 days. They let me know the first day I wouldn't be getting it back, but the second day I got no information. I even called them 3 times and they said they would call back each time, but they never did. I called 2 more times on the 3rd day to finally get a call back, 48 hours after my last update (again this was just to get my car detailed).Response to response - I am not really sure who I would call or text, the dealership isn't going to do anything, but I would love it if I could get my windshield replaced.

My experience with Audi Palo Alto has been 5-Star exceptional! Nicolas Tompkins was prompt, courteous, and professional, and Arnold Stoval went the extra mile. David Young, my original salesman from a year ago, even came over to shake my hand, say hello, and remembered my name. Finally - the car was fixed as promised, the loaner was great, and I am happy. BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

My first and second visit is terrible. I decided that my next car won't be an audi after my visit to Audi Palo Alto. I'm so mad. They don't care customer. They don't have enough loaner car and not available until next week. I wait outside 25 minutes to pick up my car. Customer service: Terrible Communication : Terrible Shuttle wait wait time: Minimum 30 minutes
