The store is great. The employees are really well-trained and know how to handle any problem. I have been there various times to purchase phones as well as transferring data from older phones. They work fast and are very patient. I definitely recommend coming here for iPhone service with AT&T. Samantha Sebastian and Vadim are the employees that helped me.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIVE HERE! this is not a true At&T store and if you need to exchange a defective phone and yours is not in stock at your home store they will not help you or extend the time to exchange!Also this store did not give me any information about how to do my phone trade . I left the store and I didn't even have an email from the AT&t trade-in program.Then I spoke to a real corporate AT&t store and they told me that my old phone wouldn't necessarily have the trade-in value that Palo Alto said it would and that they don't care what non AT&t say.

We were rejected by the ATT store in Cupertino, on Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd by Hmart. The guy working there said that he cannot help us. Probably he doesn't know how to do stuff. So we were in Palo Alto the next day and stopped by this store to try our chance, for something very simple. Sammy was very helpful and very friendly. There was also a guy helping her (sorry don't know his name). But they were both very very helpful activating an iphone, switching a number and helping us. Thank you!

I traded in my phone at this location and got signed up for extra services that costs $23 more per month that I was not aware of. I called AT&T but was told it can only be handled at the original store. I went to the store on Saturday 12/2 at 3:30PM, and they had a note on the door saying they are having a lunch break until 4:30PM. I had to go in again on Sunday 12/3, and was told I will need the help from store manage, who would be in store on Wednesday. I called the store on Wednesday 12/6, talked to the manager on the phone, and he literally told me that he would be in the store until 7PM. I left work early and went to the store at 5PM, and the store was CLOSED. No one was there. The store hour is 10AM-7PM!! I wasted lots of time and my problems are not getting resolved. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Vadim is the best!We used to be long term AT&T customers but recently switched to Verizon to avail of some promos. Unfortunately Verizon’s service is horrible and we decided to go back to AT&T.We were in Palo Alto on some other business (we don’t live there) but popped in to try our luck since the store wasn’t too busy at the time. And Vadim is the best thing that happened to us that day. Not only did he set us up with our new service but saved us about 30% on our bill.If anyone at AT&T is reading this, give this man a raise! He has great customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. We watched him help a few others before us and he was professional, had a great sense of humor and was patient in addressing different customer needs.Thanks, Vadim for a pleasant experience at the store and for introducing us to FirstNet. The service works great so far!

I went there to have my line transferred over to ATT. They charged me $70 for a plan without verifying that if my phone is locked. My phone was locked and I couldn’t use the service they charged me for!!!They refused to refund my money back and were rude to me! They even told me if I call customer service I won’t be able to get a refund!!! Sound like a scam !

My 86yr old Mom and I had the pleasure and pleasant experience of visiting your Palo Alto location where we were greeted by your friendly associate that goes by the name of "V". He was very knowledgeable and thorough in giving us all the information that we needed to make our decision about what phone would be most conducive for my moms needs. "V", not only handled us, but I observed him and his interactions and his professionalism as other customers entered the store. They ALL had different issues at which he had knowledge and skills to help resolve their problems, as he continued to navigate our purchase to the very end. I most appreciated him keeping us abreast to where we were in getting our old phone transferred and updated as he continued to show and help resolve other incoming customers needs!Job well Done!????

I used to dread going to an AT&T store. Hannen and the AT&T store on University Ave in Palo Alto changed all that. Super service. Incredibly customer oriented, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks again, Hannen.

I lost my phone, went to Apple, bought a new one, and they stated I needed to go to AT&T if I wanted to keep my same number. I was a bit stressed over the whole ordeal but went straight to AT&T. There was a line with one associate helping all the customers. He was very patient with each customer which was surprising because he was all by himself with multiple people waiting on him. When it came to my turn, I couldn't recall some information that was required for the sim card and without a phone, I couldn't call anyone in my family plan. After a few verification steps, we got it figured out. Thank you, Jassen. You were very kind, patient, and made my day. You rock.
