The service at Arnoldi Jewelers is fantastic. Luigi is a friendly and honest man. I came to him with an odd request: my iPad (computer) was broken and the power button was stuck. First, I went to the Apple Store, but they could not repair it. However, Luigi was able to fix the button using his amazing skills. I will definitely return in the future to buy some jewelry.

This is a wonderful jewelry store. The owners do not try to push you to purchase and are very knowledgeable about when different pieces were made. My only issue is not entering the store earlier. This is the best jewelry store I have found in the Bay Area.

I will always go to Arnoldi when I need jewelry repaired . They quote a fair price and I felt no pressure when I decided the piece was not quite worth what it would cost to repair. On the other hand, they have revitalized a few of my mom's old pieces that I now wear ! A local business that has been in Palo Alto for a long time - professionals!

See my past review. Not even one star is deserved. A very dishonest man.I left jade pendants on consignment and he said they were sold. Then he said they were returned and gave me $50 for each but they are worth $300. His consignment receipt was forged. He would not return pendants to me. They may be in his showcase now for sale or sold. He did not take photos for consigned jade. I have photos. I left a small Movado Gold Watch for him to sell......never paid me. My BAD for trusting this man. He is dishonest with distraction, showing me all the things people left for him to sell. My bad for being taken in. Hard Lesson learned.

Luigi is a master jeweler, watch repair (on premise) and estate jewelry appraiser and buyer. I have been going to Arnoldi for 25 years and have always had a fantastic experience. He helped with my mother's estate jewelry. He helped me with a rare watch repair. Equally importantly, Luigi is old school and is a wonderful human being. He's He shares stories while he works, or might shed some light on the piece you are looking at or have for repair. It's a genuine pleasure each time you visit, even if it is just for a watch battery replacement.

I have a beautiful antique bracelet that I haven't been able to wear for months/years. No one ever wants to work on it because it's antique and the gold is very soft. I took it in & within 30 minutes my bracelet was fixed. I am beyond happy & the customer service is amazing! Thank you so much for fixing my bracelet in a timely manner & really trying to fix it so that it'll last me. A lot of places have tried fixing it and have not been successful. He also identified the type of bracelet I had. I learned something new about my bracelet! It was sold to me as black opal 24k gold but he clarified it's black coral -- an animal. Great family owned business Thank you again.

I can't recommend Arnoldi Jewelers enough! I had checked out a few other places in the area prior to choosing Arnoldi and it was absolutely the right choice. I had my engagement ring resized here and they were kind, thorough, and did a fantastic job. They were faster than I had expected and their pricing was very fair. They also can do quarter sizes. We certainly plan on coming back here in the future!

Came here for a wedding band that needed resizing. They were very helpful in finding the new size and had a very quick turnaround time for the service. Picked up a well fitting and beautifully polished ring and had a nice chat with the owner and his son. Great local business!
