Worst shopping experience. Weird, pushy, stalker-like staff that do not respect personal space. I was visiting the area from UK and thought I would take a look in Aritzia to see if there was anything of interest. I was browsing the clothing when a member of staff asked if I need any assistance to which I replied no and that I am all good. A few minutes later the same shop assistant was back, lingering around me in a very strange, stalker-like way, and started to ask if I had heard of the brand before, where I was from and then my name! It was way too personal and unbalanced as other people were shopping and not being hounded in the same way. As I continued to browse, the shop assistant continued to follow me around, forcing conversation. Every time I moved, she followed. She continued to ask me questions (non-brand related) and I informed her that I was waiting for my son and husband, to which she replied "oh, Is that what the backpack is for" (pointing to the Toy Story bag on my back). The backpack clearly triggered the sales assistant and the weird stalker-like vibe that I had been getting all made sense now, but how ridiculous! Spending time profiling someone in a child's backpack whilst all the other customers were coming and going (and clearly not being monitored by her because she was too focused on me), it's a humorous double standard. It's a shame as I didn't even get a chance to properly look at the clothes due to all the hounding, so ended up taking my money elsewhere.

Sucks that this is the closest Aritzia to me because the staff here is so rude, unhelpful and just not good.

I’ve been shopping Aritzia for years and I’ve never had such a bad experience until today. This location is really off putting. No one greets you. They don’t even say thank you. They really make you feel like helping you is annoying task. I’m sure they understand what good customer service is because they probably have been to a McDonald’s and even there they have better service, but they choose to have this behavior that really turns people off. They need to do better because ultimately their treatment to customers will directly impact their overall sales and success of their store.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in retail. I was shopping with my sister and I had a pair of trousers in my hand while was looking around the store. I was offered help by one of their staff. Which I thought it was thoughtful at first. It wasn’t until she proceeded to offer me a dressing room or taking my stuff ( one item) to the dressing room multiple times after I had politely declined and said I was fine. I had only been in the store for less than 5 minutes. She continued and offered to take the trousers I had in hand to the register. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and humiliated in my life. This is not a design store. Please act like it. just an overpriced Zara.

I recently forgot my wallet in this store while traveling. It wasn't until the next day at noon that I remembered to look for it.
But luckily, the store clerk had found it. The environment here is nice, and also the girls here are sooo friendly. Thank you a lot! :)))

This is by far the rudest Aritzia location. The sales associates act incredibly put out and as though customers are in their way (even while spending tons of money). Please avoid this location!

Honestly… for the pricing of the clothing.. super expensive and after 1 wash, it rips? Ridiculous. I’ll try H&M for the same quality and lower price.

Don't waste your time here.Came in on Thursday night 11/30. Not very busy, but in 20+ minutes I was never acknowledged, greeted, or helped by anyone. Couldn't even tell who the employees were bc they weren't wearing ID. I liked some clothes but had questions -- even stood at checkout and was never acknowledged! Crazy. This is the problem with compensation that is not more commission-based - the employees just didn't care. I left the clothes I had intended to buy at checkout and walked out. Opposite experience at Tommy Bahama - attractive clothes, really nice and helpful staff and great service!!

The store’s return policies change depending on who you speak with which is so frustrating. But if you poke holes and question them then they’ll usually change their original response. Have had to do this based because they almost tried to only give me store credit vs a refund on my original payment method.

No hello or acknowledgement for about 15 minutes walking around the store. 10 minutes in I had clothes in my hand looking for someone that wasn’t behind the register to help with getting clothing down for me. I can’t say if employees were nice or not, as I never spoke to anyone. I finally put the clothing back and walked out. I saw others doing the same as it seemed no one was there to help. Maybe they’re short staffed?

Large selection of clothes and other stuff. Slightly busy, but some parts of the store are ok.

I love the brand and the store but the employees are really catty. I have that the dressing room doesn't have individual mirrors and I have to walk out. It's always a weird vibe watching everyone judge something I tried on. The girls are really fake. I had an employee suggest items on my try ons that she added and thought it was sweet at first but none of it was my size at all. About three sizes too big and I couldn't tell if it was meant to be rude or not or an honest mistake. Either way it's just not a nice social environment.

they have cute stuff but employees are uninterested in helping you if you aren't spending hundreds of dollars or aren't a size 2.
