America's Tire are a solid franchise with consistent service all around. I have been coming to America's Tire (various locations) for almost a decade and I always come out of it very pleased. I was able to do a walk-in around 4:30pm on a Tuesday (after finding a nail in my tire earlier in the afternoon) and I was out the door by 5:50pm. Yes, a bit of a wait but for not having an appointment, I was extremely impressed and happy with their service. Luckily, my tire was salvageable so they repaired it for free (I'll definitely be back when I need to change the tire out). Additionally, Anthony was a solid sales associate and extremely friendly. All in all, great service, quality and value!

I was thoroughly impressed by America's Tire, including their web site, the purchase process (for two new tires), and especially the in-store service.I arrived on time to my appointment, and work on the car was begun promptly...and then the car was returned to me shortly thereafter. They get lots of credit for respecting their committed appointment schedule. (If only the Palo Alto Medical Foundation cared as much about their customers.)I needed a new tire provider now that my earlier small shop had ceased operations. I worried that a national chain would deliver execrable service, but the America's Tire staff were exemplary. Thanks to this first great experience, America's Tire is my new go-to tire provider, and I actively recommend them.

The team was fast and helpful with a tire repair. It wasn't too busy before 10 am on a Saturday even without an appointment

The services was quick & the staff was nice. But when I got home, I noticed that they somehow scratched the side of my passenger car door in two spots.Obviously hard to 100% prove but pretty confident because I just did a wash a couple days prior & they were not there. We also hadnt driven the car since the wash & car is in single car port. :/

Improper lift of Tesla vehicles along non-existent side-rails (potential of damage to battery or chassis), damaged under cladding, missing valve stem caps, uneven tire pressures, 2+ hr when told 45 minOnly redeeming factor is low price guarantee which you have to come back in for, and kind employees.Go elsewhere.

Tried to sell me a set of aftermarket lug nuts at ~triple the price they cost online even though mine are perfectly fine. The sales rep wasn't super confident and my car was magically ready a few minutes after the sales pitch even though I was told it would take an extra 20 minutes because of how worn my lug nuts are. I'm guessing the management is training the workers to sell overpriced lug nuts sets to anyone they can. Beware of this when coming in for tire rotation!

Very professional and honest. I was there with a leaking tire. They fixed it in less than 30 mins and did not even charge me a dime as it was just a small nail they had to pull out. Very few tire stations would do that. Highly recommend

Had a tire issue. The place was packed with a ton of customers. Was worried they would not have time to fix my tire. But they quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Everyone was hard working and very courteous. Joel did a great job making sure the whole process was very smooth. Definitely coming back here when need 4 new tires.

I regularly get the air in my tires checked at this Palo Alto location. Today I got my tires replaced, and it was a super smooth experience. Andrew and his crew are friendly, efficient and give excellent customer service. I was out the door with new tires in a short amount of time; they're friendly, positive and efficient (tip: stay tuned to your cell for updates on your car so they can work as quickly as possible). You can get coffee and hang out at Hobee's a few doors down while waiting. This place is much calmer than other locations (i.e., opposite of chaotic), and I always leave feeling good. I find that Andrew and team give a level of customer service that's rare these days.

The management is terrible. I just had a simple flat tire They told me the tire is repaired and ready. I came during mt work hours to puck up, they made wait 90 minutes just to replace the tire with the spare one. A job that takes less than 5 min!Asked them few times to please take care of it so i can get back to my work but nothing happened!

I initally thought I had a good tire buying experience replacing my two back tires at America's Tires. The problem is that my driver's side window mechanism broke while under their care and they said nothing and sent me off with the window rolled down at a peculiar angle without mentioning that they had broken it. I guess dishonestly hoping I would not notice it or avoid a scene in front of other customers? Andrew, the store manager, was a nice enough chap, taking my information when I called to report the breakage, and he said two things that I believe create a partial responsibility for the damage.1) They normally ask the customer if there is anything wrong or that they should know about with the car. If he had I would have told him my driver side front window sometimes made a noise - so don't touch anything in the car, just change the tires. They were probably busy and as distracted as I was.2) Manager Andrew said they normally have their workers roll down the window so they can communicate when they drive a car in and out or the bay. That is a reasonable but unncessary precaution, and if they are going to do that it would be nice to mention it.We discussed it for a while, and I mentioned two things to Andrew, one is that I knew the window might be having an issue, though it was working, but I would not expect them accept full responsibility for breaking the window, but it did happen while they were in charge of the car, and they clearly knew the window was broken and said nothing hoping to avoid a scene.I thought I was being reasonable, and friendly, until today when their company representative who called me and told me they would be denying any responsibility for my window.Through my prior experience with car windows is that there might have been a problem with my window - it was working the previous week when I went through a fast-food drive through and had to roll it down - I used to carefully and sparingly.I feel I was being honest and reasonable to make a request only partial compensation for the window.Their agent just phoned me and told me they deny my claim because they have to be able to roll the window down to communicate. So, while I probably would have rated my tire purchase satisfactory, I am left with that negative sinking feeling that I don't know what these people could do to someone's car and not report it. Not good customer service or honesty at America's Tires in Palo Alto.It was literally just a couple month ago that I had the front tires replaced at a similiar kind of operation with a competitor and they didn't have to touch or break my window. That spoiled what would have been an otherwise OK experience at America's Tires by being petty and dishonest in not admitting you had a hand in breaking my window and not accepting partial responsibility for that. Honesty is a big deal to me as is customer service and satisfaction and America's Tires sadly failed so I have to rate them 1/5, unacceptable because who knows what they could do to someone's car and just not mention it or deny it.It probably is a good idea whenever you take your car in to tell them not to touch anything on it, and to keep an eye on the people working on it.

Jonathan and the crew here at America’s Tire in Palo Alto were all amazing and helpful. Had a nail in our tire and initially we were told we’d have to leave our car overnight and they would work on it first thing in the morning. Jonathan found a way to squeeze us in within the hour before closing. We greatly appreciated the effort him and the team put in to get our tire fixed asap. Great people, great customer service! Clean lobby waiting area. We will be back!
