Very bad experience. I came through the line and want to buy some stuff and get the winning lottery Cash out and upto now it is okie, he gave me everything I need and he gave me my cash money, so now I need to buy some lotto with that winning money and he said go back in the line and come to buy. I know it’s busy but you have to give priority to the first person you are taking no matter how big is the line. It’s a common sense I am already there in the line and this cash counter guy was rude and have no customer service at all.
Please management team can you teach them a good manner, how to handle the customer and way of treating the customer at the first come first basis. Thank you.

Today the most arrogant cashier from India worked at the cashier. I asked him for only 2 lottery tickets to give out 1 mega million and a Power ball. Instead of giving change for 1 $, I gave away 1 more ticket for 1 $ ???I didn’t say anything, I left. I won't become poor, I've never met such an arrogant cashier. The face does not look very happy and the cashier is impolite, which means life is not very good. Why do you hire someone who hates his job? Don't set foot there anymore???

Bought a sports drink and when I opened it, I noticed it was previously opened and had dirty residue inside floating. I tried to return and it and the staff refused and said it’s my job to check their product before buying. This 7-11 will sell dirty and defective products and won’t take responsibility. Very dangerous staff who won’t check product quality.

The night cashier ... Who I now know is named "Resham" is always subtly disrespectful. .. But its a 7/11 ... so who cares ... This evening things just reached another pinnacle when it seemed as though his goal was to see how far he could push subtle disrespect and racism - the lowest point in Palo Alto .... avoid this store And you will enjoy the area . Cheap but not worth it .

Terrible service, I arrived for a coffee later at the checkout because the guy is on his cell phone, he doesn't talk to you, this is how bad people shouldn't be hired who want to work.

More like inconvenient store . Homies cant even communicate with you because they on the phone or trying to have conversation with another worker. Take sweet time to get from stock to the register after 12am. Always gotta have people bothering before you go in too. Person that was working didn't even have uniform or name tag.

No complaints for daytime staff, nice and helpful. I literally live across the street but at night will drive the extra two miles to hit up a different 7eleven because the night time cashier is beyond rude and unpleasant. Not worth the convenience.

Not open 24/7 door was locked at 1 am, waited for someone to end their break or lunch, he said it was closed for cleaning, come back in the morning, please post hours if you will be closed at a certain point

Normally decent service but tonightI thought it was open 24 hours while employee was drinking and laughing with friends outside no sign saying it was closed for any reason they saw as we walked to the door and started laughing and speaking in a different language so I didn’t understand what was said but they were cackling when we realized there was a bike lock on the door we just turned and leftnormally I would not be making a fuss but that really disturbed me I went looking for medicine for my kids and I felt like they just wanted to embarrass customers for their own amusement
