Do not buy in this store, it is the worst service that exists in this chain, it is not the first time nor the only one, I don't know why they don't change that lord of the night. I have a video in which he insults one and he is a racist person.

Tony you made my trip to Palo Alto perfect. Thanks to your kindness and warm smile, I was able to purchase the items I needed with great pleasure. I was especially impressed by your sense and kindness during my second visit. Thanks to you, I will remember this place with great fondness, and next time I visit Google again, I will look for accommodations here and come to your store.

I will no longer be shopping here and I suggest others don't either. The worker Tony is highly disrespectful.I let my kids go to the store as a reward, and I hear Tony on the phone calling my son dumb and retarded, because he was trying to slide my debt card and didn't know it was a chip. I could hear his coworker, in the background telling him to stop, but wasn't listening. So I come the next day with my son and ask the same coworker I heard in the background, is Tony available. She says yes and even admits she knows why I am here, for Tony calling my son stupid. Tony comes out and automatically starts apologizing and trying to deny he said it, til I told him I was on the phone and heard him myself, then he tried to buy my son off with candy, but my son didn't want it. Sadly this wasn't the last time.a few months later, today, I let my kids go to the store and once again Tony is calling my kids out their names and now rushing them, when you can hear there are others in the store. I will be making another surprise visit to tell Tony how I feel about his narrow minded, no manners, ignorance, and I will never buy another thing from that store.

This location did not have any sugar free slurpees. Out of 6 options only two Pac Man flavors were available. The block of 4 flavors was not working at all. Plus a big sign "no Apple Cash". Annoying. I left right away.

Doesn’t accept Apple Pay. I went here on my lunch while doing amazon and only had Apple Cash. Normally 7 11 accepts idk why this one didn’t going to another location but my lunch almost over already ?

Bought a vitamin water that was partially opened that I didn't realize was partially opened-because I was driving and drinking my drink at the same time-until I was half way done with my drink, and suffered the consequences later on. Whoever stocks the items should be fired

Fire the night shift cashier ASAP! chubby greasy looking dude with long hair and glasses, loudly curses anytime someone comes and in and his forced to stop his smoke break. Over guy just seems off his rocker and hates his life. Get him out of here he is extremely rude I will be avoiding this 711

The graveyard shift cashier is just weird (pudgy dude with glasses and longer hair). Dude was just staring at us and cussing about us within earshot.

Remember going here as a child and getting a lemon-lime gatorade and chester hot fries. Sadly moved away and will probably never visit here again, you hold a place in my heart though ❤️.

Why advertise the store being 24-hour service? The Graveyard cashier approached the door to tell me the store was closed after driving to this store.
