AMAZING. Three amazing guys helped me. A short one with somewhat short hair, a taller tan one with curly/wave hair(Francisco?) and a tall black dude, all with glasses. I went on a Saturday and asked the short hair dude and tall wavy hair if they had my size in multiple different converse, not once did they seem annoyed or tired with me. Also bought a backpack, ripped when I got home. BUT!!!!! I came Sunday (2day) and exchanged that and a dress, all three employees were so nice especially short hair/glasses, and despite there being SO. MANY. PEOPLE. They were super upbeat and were the best employees ever and so fun to interact with, and I hope their pillows are freezing cold.
If any of those workers are seeing this, I hope yall got paid EXTRA and everybody else, I hope all of y’all’s pillows are cold and I hope all yall ate y’all’s favorite food and it was the best it ever tasted. ?? — dyed hair converse girl

Store was clean and staff eager to assist with finding what we were looking for. The employee that helped us was also informative on our discounts and point system. She changed our phone number and had a really pleasant attitude.

There was somebody there to greet us but your customer service people did not stop talking between each other to go help us That's the only thing I have a problem with get a lot of nice things and inventory I mean on display but your customer service people did not come out to help.

Great prices customer service is really nice .. there's always someone there to help .. I felt welcome and I would go there again before I go anywhere else. The lady at the register was sweet and did a great job ... The parking was easy space all over

WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST INVENTORY WORST CASHIER COME ON MAN WE ARE HERE AS A CUSTOMER THEY EMPLOYEES SEEM MAD AND JUST STRAIGHT NO CUSTOMER SKILLS I WAITED IN LINE TO GET CALLED OVER AND CASHIER SEES ME STANDING THERE WHY DONT YOU LET ME KNOW YOUR READY JUST ACTS LIKE NO ONE IS THERE NO ONE IN THE LINES TO HELP OUT MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IF YOUR NOT HAPPY ABOUT YOUR CURRENT JOB THEN QUIT AND GET A BETTER ONE DONT MAKE OTHER PEOPLES EXPERIENCE BAD I SPENT ALMOST $90 TO GET THIS WHACK SERVICE WONT COME HERE EVER

I definitely recommend this WSs over the WSs in Lancaster because over here in Palmdale. Yes it’s a little bit of a farther drive but the people hear the customer service here is great they’re very nice they’re very helpful they’re very hands-on so if you guys really are looking for a good shoe place and you don’t wanna go to Lancaster because well let’s just be real. The customer service is very rude and disrespectful. Definitely come here to Palmdale way better great customer service I do not suggest anybody go to Lancaster And the woman who help name was Mary she was awesome
