“Great customer service Rica and Annalyse helped us with getting our shoes , and their was pair that they didn't have in store so Rica helped us on getting it online, and above and beyond to both of them. I was with my toddler and Annalyse was nice enough to give her kids stickers.”

“I visited the store a few months ago. I must say that I was impressed with the variety of in stock items. Also, found there prices to be reasonable. I shop African food stuff in Los Angeles which is closer to me. However, since I found Ponia's, it is now my go to market. Well worth the drive. I am Black American who loves African food.I've learned to cook so many dishes. And will continue adding to my collection.Now I must try the restaurant. Ponia's market is by far the best African market.”

“The staff at Lane Bryant. I cannot say enough about when I went in. They were amazing absolutely amazing and helpful and kind and understanding and they even listen to me Babble a little bit. This is the first time I have been into a Lane Bryant. Although my daughter in Tehachapi swears by them when it comes to bras. And I will tell you I understand. I will never ever ever wear a bra. That doesn't come from Lane Bryant if I don't have to. How the clothes they are. Very high C. They are beautiful respectful sexy all the way to a little flirty They are kind their understanding. And it was up to me. I gave him a five-star but on a 0 to 5 scale if I could I honestly would. Give a perfect score. 100 out of a hundred or a hundred and one out of a hundred you could say they want above and beyond and I am truly grateful.”

“This was a lengthy process, but I'm pleased with the final outcome. Last Monday, I went to Windsor to see whether they had a coat in store that I had seen online.Unfortunately, the item was not available in this store, but the associate who working that day assisted me in placing an order and informed me that "If I don't like it after I got it, I may return it for a full refund." When my shipment arrived at my house, I was disappointed because the coat was lighter and longer than I had anticipated. So I went to the mall on Sunday to return it. However, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that the only options were store credit or an even exchange, and if I wanted a refund, I'd have to do it online. I was perplexed because I was told on Monday that if I didn't like it, I could get a complete refund. After leaving the store and doing some other shopping, I returned 30 minutes later to ask them again after glancing at their website. The same thing was said to me again. So I went home and tried to do what they instructed, and after 2 hours of stress, I discovered that I couldn't return for a refund through mail since the first associate printed out a receipt that I could only do an exchange with it. I then call Windsor, and Yesenia, the associate manager, answers the phone. When I explained what was wrong, she apologized profusely. She couldn't understand why no one was willing to assist me, but she promised she would. And she did. The next day, I returned and was offered a full refund for inconvenience. She and the store manager apologized once more, and I was given a discount card as well!”

The Palmdale store is brighter, cleaner, & staff are genuinely more motivated to assist clients!!!! The merchandising is tighter & easier to locate certain items. New line of designer clothes are frequent & trendy, while matching the Antelope Valley’s clientele.

It's strange forsure considering I've bought things in the past while I was in store when they didn't have my size in stock and had them shipped to the stores location. ?”

“i first heard of Grace Bodyshapers a few years ago when i moved here, but never actually visited the store until earlier this year. I used to buy all my shapewear online, and am a fan of CYSM. At first, i was hesitant to go in person because i was unsure how id be welcomed, being Trans but its been the opposite of what i imagined (I always picture the worst scenarios) Ingrid is great! Welcoming, friendly, diligent and she can find the right shaper for you even if she doesn't have it at that moment, she expedited the CYSM 8016 for me i had it in less than two days! Faster than ordering it online! So far this year, i ve gotten 3 different CYSM shapers, the CYSM 455, CYSM 471, and the CYSM 8016. Tomorrow im picking up the CYSM 491 blk that just came out! I saw the ad, and texted her.. the next day, BAM! there it is! Great Store, lgbt friendly, as are the other shop owners in that mall!”
“Long time not visited ROSS DEPARTMENT STORE, a lot of clothing to choose from and good brands, like also a great variety of good brand shoes, a lot of decorations for the living room, kitchen, bathroom, your baby or children room, things that you never imagined you'll find, you find it at ROSS and the most important thing are the prices and sales that they offer every day, the store is always nice and clean, all the personnel were very friendly and willing to help, bathrooms are also very clean, they follow all the biosecurity requirements for your security, I was very happy with my shopping ???????????????????????”
