0 Stars if I can. Ana is very RUDE and disrespectful. Today I went to get ice cream from Thrifty and she attended me. Upon my arrival I greeted her nicely in which she gave no reply. That's fine. As I was lookimg at my options she never acknowledged me nor answered me when I asked her what the flavors were. She gave the other people I was with the normal serving Thrifty amount and gave me far less of a portion than them because I expressed to her how I needed help as she ignored me. Here are the pictures. This is not the first time I've had a ungrateful encounter with her.

Have used this pharmacy for over a year with great satisfaction (totally 5 star). However, in the past 2 months they have gone downhill.1) Stopped sending text when a prescription has electronically arrived. 2) Stopped sending text on when a specific prescription has a special fill date; The most mind boggling issue happened today. I had called 3 days ago about a couple specific prescriptions and was told they had them and gave me the date they would be filled. I called today to confirm when I could pick them and and was told they had been DELETED from their system and the doctor had to send new prescriptions.WHAT THE HECK???!!! I am numb... missing any of these daily medications can send me into withdrawal which would end up with me in ER. This was not a doctor error.. this was someone at the PHARMACY deleting my prescriptions.

Not only did they mess up my prescriptions when I dropped it off and put the wrong birthdate. I had two prescriptions to be filled one was transferred from another pharmacy and the other one was a paper prescription. I got a text to come pick up my prescriptions and only one was ready they informed me there was no existing prescription to be transferred from the other pharmacy. I called in front of the pharmacist and they told me no one ever called them to transfer the prescription. So a day later I got it straightened out.So my prescription was supposed to be ready that night. I got a call from the pharmacist helper that they did not have the medicine handy and had to order it. The next day I get a call from the pharmacist Steve questioning me on my prescription and the dosage and what was I intending to take the medicine for; i've never been interrogated by a pharmacist on a medicine I had a prescription to use.. WTH?? Then it took two more days for them to fill the prescription it was nothing but a pain in the posterior end to work with these people and they had an attitude like I was the bad guy. If you can go somewhere else to do business I advise you to do so.Go across the street to Walgreens!

I really like Thrifty Ice Cream. When I'm around the area I'll usually stop in. The ice cream counter is right next to the checkout counter...no more than 20 feet away at the most. When I go in I go to the counter and wait. I have to admit, rather than wave my arms, I tend to wait and see what the person is going to do. The last couple of times there hasn't been anyone in line. The checker hasn't had anything to do. It has always been the same thing. Stand around, play with her phone, come out from behind the counter and walk around. Then, after 5 or 10 minutes she'll say "did you want ice cream'? Today when I went by, there were a few people in line, so I knew I was doomed. I waited around a few minutes and left. Don't they have any minimum qualifications for employees? A minimum of initiative would do it. There's a CVS across the street for drug store needs, too bad they don't have Thrifty Ice Cream.

Extremly rude employee when I called the pharmacy in regards to scheduling a covid-19 test. I called around 5:41 P.M. today. Someone..anyone please get this woman off the phone!!! I could understand if I was rude and irate, but I was explaining that I couldn't access the appt online. All she had to do was politely inform me, and if I didn't understand tell me again politely. People have disabilities which make it difficult to hear or understand. I wonder if she knows and understands that. She should considering she works in the pharmacy.YIKES! There's no reason to be a snot about a question. She raised her voice at me saying she couldn't help me because she has no access to the site nor does she know what the site looks like. What a grody individual, she must be a really popular with the customers...NOT! It's already a difficult time for everyone why be rude for no good reason. Learn proper phone etiquette, and once again I would totally understand if I was being a rude B, but this wasn't the case. I.DON'T.UNDERSTAND *tik-tok sound*

Love it here. I went in on 4/18 to see if I can buy syringes for my dog , Lucky, which I normally buy at the vet but their expensive there. Went to rite aid for a price check. Which was less expensive there at rite aid. I was helped by Monet and Steve, they have such great customer service, they answered my questions and did not show frustration. I was honestly very happy that I came across them two. Thank you both for such great service.

Who's big idea was it to change the color of the building from a beautiful vibrant color to a depressing ugly dull grey color? We don't even want to go in there no more. When all the buildings ain't the area are a beautiful bright color the Rite Aid had to make go against the color palette and make the area look like a ghetto crap.

Had a 12:00 Covid appointment. Waited in line in my car for 57 minutes only to be told when I got up to the window that the pharmacist was out to lunch for 40 minutes. Very frustrating and so unorganized. They definitely do not care about your time.

Bad experience tonight. After being in line for about 20 minutes I finally drive up to the window for my Disabled Moms pre-paid prescriptions. Only to wait another 20 minutes because they lost one of her prescriptions oh but it was somewhere in the pharmacy. So to call back tomorrow at 8:00am so I can ask the actual pharmacist that filled it , what the hell happened to it?!?!??? It was just filled today right before 12pm. Sad mistake. I'll be taking my business and my Moms elsewhere. Unprofessional and inadequate!!!!

Called yesterday to confirm with them that they had the medication and the pharmacist told me it would be ready after 5pm because they have to order it. No problem... I get there at 6:05 and go to pick up my medication and they tell me to come back in 20 minutes because they have to get my medicine ready. Me: Why did you tell me that my medicine would be ready if it wasn't going to be ready? I called to specifically avoid this situation.

Sometimes the lines are super long but this is true for all rite-aids. The fridge section with the drinks is unappealing. Average drug store. Need better sales

After a day at the pool, I came to get some thrifty ice cream with my family. After I got my ice cream she said she had no more spoons. Then said she only had tester spoons. Those spoons are the size of my pinky! How is anyone suppose to enjoy that? Anyways. I call the manager and the manager rudely said that's all they had. Unprofessional - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a manager, she should at least try to make an effort to solve the situation.
