The service at this branch is spotty, I recommend going later In the week. Whoever works on Monday is very unprofessional, after our experience on 11/27/23 our family will not return and are thinking of changing banks. I don't want to damn everyone for the actions of a few however it did leave a really bad taste in our mouths for the company if this is who they expect to represent them.

Understaffed, super slow. Poor customer service. Waited over 20 minutes just to make a withdrawal. After 30 minutes I left because the line did not move. Just 1 teller. It is the second time I came to this branch.

9 out of 10 times it's a 30 minute wait inline to make a deposit at the counter The branch on 10th st west. 5 or 10 min wait

SUPER HELPFUL ! Sonia Quinonez was an amazing agent. She squeezed up in even though we didn’t have an appointment. She was super friendly and informative about our banking options. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend getting an appointment with her!

I’ve never had a problem with this bank till today. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful but today Amber was very rude, she ran my money through the machine once so i asked her to count it by hand and she got upset and gave me such a dirty look. Called and complained about her, manager is suppose to call me back tomorrow.

Really bad service, all Wells Fargo banks need people to work, I make to appointments and they just take my body appointment, I ask for the manager Amie Jordan and wasn't there....Bad, bad, bad.

I made an appointment and the staff were surprisingly super helpful. I did witness that they hardly had any staff but they exceed my expectations especially with their situation. I like being able to do my banking on my cell phone and now have my card on my cell phone for Samsung pay and Google pay. Thank you

I was a super supporter of my branch 5 years ago when they were better organized, friendly, and caring. My first visit after moving back and I was totally shocked by the change in attitudes (no smiles at all), long line (they have done away with the business window), poor ATM machine operation ( only one functional), and only two people at 9 desks ( again a line). It has really gone downhill. They have totally forgotten that we are customers. I bank mostly online and have two other banks I deal with. They answer the phone when I call and give excellent service. Now I am switching more of my business to them.

I'm here one week since my last review. ONCE AGAIN, they are understaffed. I've been here for 20 minutes, with two tellers, and only five people ahead of me. Behind me are five more people now. Just now, the manager comes out and announces to everyone in line: "We're about to only have one teller for the next while, so go to the ATM if you can." She adds, "We also only have one banker, so if you don't have an appointment, you won't be able to see anyone." Absolutely terrible customer service, which completely contradicts the sign posted behind the tellers: "We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy." -Henry Wells.
