This is the only Wells Fargo that answers the phone and employees are pleasant to speak with as well. Ryan gives 2nd to none customer service and this location deserves 5 stars.

Wells Fargo, you lost a client! I went to the branch yesterday to change my legal name as I recently got married. I presented my marriage certificate and social security card to the teller. The teller told me that to change my name an appointment with a banker was needed. She told me she cannot schedule the appointment for me and that I have to do it online. She also told me no appointment was available that day. I went home to make an appointment, I saw an appointment was available at 1:30 PM that same day. I made an appointment for this morning at 11 am. I arrived 4-5 minutes late. A banker (who I believe was the person I was going to have my appointment with) told me to wait. He then started to make non-urgent calls as I was waiting. I left at 11:15 as he was still on the phone and I had to go. The manager gave me another appointment that day for 4 PM (funny how he was able to do it for me this time). I arrived 5 minutes late, I apologized to the banker and gave her the same paperwork I presented to the teller the day prior which were my updated social security card and my marriage certificate (customer copy). She told me Wells Fargo doesn't accept these documents which makes no sense. My new social security card has been accepted by every business I had to change my name with, including 2 other banks (SoFi and Chase, with which tellers were able to take care of this in minutes, no appointments needed, and they only needed my social security card). Funny how out of the 3 banks I deal with, Wells Fargo is the only one accepting my new social security card as a proof of legal name change when they had no problem creating fake accounts in the names of clients who didn't know about that a few years back!! Hypocrites! I am glad I am leaving you guys. As soon as my direct deposit with your bank is cancelled with my work, I am closing my account.

I feel so grateful to the entire team at Wells Fargo Bank. Since 2014, the awesome people at this wonderful branch have helped me with all my business and personal banking needs from checking accounts, business loan line of credit and credit card reader/transaction services. Special thanks to Mr. Ryan Drow of Wells Fargo Bank for being so kind and helpful. On many occasions, he has gone out of his way to help me with a variety of banking needs and services. Thank you so much for providing our business with excellent customer service and support for all these years!

I like coming to this Wells Fargo because the tellers provide great and quick service, the area is nice too. The only down side is when I am attended by Karina, I understand they have to be friendly but I feel as though she does way too much when communicating with customers. Girl no body cares if u have a booked and busy weekend when no one asked. I can hear all her conversations with customers n they honestly annoy me cuz there’s other ppl waiting in line!

5 min late and they cut our appointment and this lack of compassion with people is so ridiculous…we bank with them and I’m really considering closing my account and going else where…

We had the misfortune of coming in contact with Ms. Jessica Danielle De Rio earlier today, who was very rude to us when she snapped at us, saying "you're late!!" when we arrived about 5 minutes late to our appointment which was to take 60 minutes long, even after we had tried to get her attention earlier in the lobby which she ignored while she was helping another customer without an appointment. No hellos, greetings, nothing. She made us wait for another 5 minutes or so while she helped other customers who didn't have appointments. After we let her know that we felt she was rude, instead of apologizing and mitigating the situation, she snapped back "how was I rude!?"Ms. Del Rio actively instigated, provoked and continued to escalate the situation in this way which caused much emotional distress to us. Unfortunately her manager was an overweight, sloppy young man (my bank account is older than him) with dark curley hair who was useless and was no mach against a young women such as Ms. Del Rio, as he pulled up his pants around his waist. He failed to offer an apology or secure another appointment with another banker or branch and lectured us on good manners. He then simply said he will not help and for us to leave. Very odd young man, indeed.

I've been here a few times in the past month to make deposits into my business account, and the tellers have been friendly, helpful, and relatively quick. Today, Rosemarie helped me, and she was pleasant, patient, and smiling. The branch seems well staffed (as opposed to their branch on 47th St E). The interior is clean. There are several ATMs. Overall, good experiences here.

We have banked with Wells Fargo for 30 years. We are also 'premier' customers (thanks to my dad's accounts attached to mine)) with a very high account balance. I went in to have a document notarized, for my dad as the trustee for our trust account--a Wells Fargo document required for him to open a new investment account with Wells Fargo. I couldn't get the branch manager, Daniel Montalvo, to get his notary to give me 5 minutes for ONE signature required for a WELLS FARGO document. I ended up going to AAA where I can also get free notary services to get the document notarized. It took less than 5 minutes--I timed it. This branch has horrible service. Go elsewhere. I hope, after my complaints, the management is revisited for a change.

They have r a really bad system and service here. New manager wants you to get in the teller line to get a signature guarantee on your joint checks. It's crazy! They want me to get in line behind 10 ppl to see the manger! When Ricardo O. Was the manager things ran smooth he was great and liked helping ppl right away!

Worst bank ever. Rude representatives always different rules and procedures and always choosing favorites on who they take and who they don't. And they are very confusing. Stand in this line it's merchant only then depending on who it is ohhh sorry u gotta stand in that line no merchant line today uggghhhhhhh horrible staff they definitely need to be re-trained and also shopped
