The branch manager is genuinely helpful. Staff is friendly and competent.

When customers come in and see 10-12 people in line and only 2 tellers, it’s very disappointing. It’s not Covid anymore and they need to hire more staff. This whole making appointments for everything is unacceptable. For being a top 5 bank in the US, they need better staffing.

This is the only Wells Fargo that answers the phone and employees are pleasant to speak with as well. Ryan gives 2nd to none customer service and this location deserves 5 stars.
